   Recently I have placed order for my meds just to discover that is has been rejected from the pharmacy even when they are approved from GP. These are heart and blood pressure meds and I am taking them daily. After I went and asked why order was rejected, it took them 10min to check and when the young African girl was asked by her supervisor why did she rejected it, she laughed and said: ‘don’t know it was busy’?!? Not one of the staff even apologised, they were not even looking at me. Utterly unprofessional and rude, like most of them were whenever I went there. Not even to say hello after you greet them. I have changed pharmacy of course, and not going there anymore. Not recommended to anyone.

   Unfortunately staff is always late to work!!! The Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9:00am....not at 9:15/20......understand sometimes happens!!! But not every single day!!!is there a manager or a form to make a complain???

   Customer service is appalling - they make you write down your name and date of birth on a piece of paper, only to make you shout it out three more times to different employees. Each of the four employees will also ask if you received a text message… and after half an hour they’ll say the GP prescribed something that does not exist or is out of stock or any other excuse. This is the third time this happens to me. So frustrating!

   This pharmacy has so much potential if they change just one staff member! I live very close to the pharmacy. I have been going there long time since I’m on repeated prescription but since this guy ( I think is African) works there I don’t even want to get trough their door . So so soo rude, it seems like he hates every one around him and his job in the pharmacy . I stopped going there because of him. Few times I went and he is like “ what you looking for?” “ oh it may be somewhere here or may not be “ then he walks away. He doesn’t care about service or customers . I don’t know why they still keep him there. He literally ruined the pharmacy, I now changed my local pharmacy for prescription to another one on Battersea park road because of him even though this one is 2 min away from me. I also advise all the people I know to stay away from there. I only gave 2 stars because other people who work there, sometimes they notice his rudeness and step up and are so polite and serve you as it should be. If it was for him only I would give 0 stars if I could. Utterly awful, don’t understand why he is still working there .

   Rang in the morning to confirm prescription for antibiotics was ready for collection. Following this phone call arrived at the pharmacy to find it closed for hour whilst they have lunch. Nothing about these closing times online. The person on the phone didn’t think to mention it earlier in the day. I rang with no answer and had to wait outside for 40 minutes whilst sick. Whilst inside no apology as 5 colleges all come out at once. Awful! Not my first unprofessional experience with this pharmacy and will move in future to a competent service.

   Whilst I have always found the staff helpful, when I visited today I overheard several members of staff openly berating someone with a mental health difficulty. When I challenged them about this the female pharmacist was argumentative and trying to defend this as a private conversation between colleagues although this was been held in an open space where patients are present. Really unprofessional and unkind behaviour.

   Incredibly unhelpful staff. Especially the ones serving today. Oh my and the attitude…The outside and inside looks like it will be demolished any second. Terrible….

   They are always very slow. They never smile. As a customer, you say 'good morning' to them, but they don't respond. I asked why we were waiting even though there were three worker today. I thought they didn't see us because they pretended we weren't there. After that, even though I was pregnant, the manager was almost aggressive enough to attack me. Moreover, there was no reason for him to overreact, the other employee had made the necessary explanation to me, but he kept walking on me and shouting. On top of that, I was rude for calling him 'shut up'. I won't even step foot in here again. Note: Even though I ordered my medicines 5 days ago, they said they were not ready and did not give me.

   Avoid. Most of the time staff doesn't have a clue what they're doing or are "only covering someone's absence". Got a call from them to say prescription is ready for collection, asked them to hold it for now as GP prescribed too much. I went to collect it a couple of weeks later, to be told "no prescription, me not know". Ordered again from GP, went back the next day and was given two prescriptions... Employ someone that speaks English. Until then, I've changed nominated pharmacy even though it's further away.
