Had my yellow fever vaccine there, it was quick and the person looking after me was super thoughtful.
Thank you so much to the wonderful male pharmacist that works here and served me at 5:50pm Fri 10th October. I was in a hurry and in need of eye and ear drops and he was very polite and helpful and informed me of the best ones to purchase and he was genuine and helpful. Really appreciate this service!
Professional and kind staff. Went in for a rabies and typhoid vaccine - consultation was quick and thorough, making sure I got what I needed for my trip to Mongolia! Great place for travel vaccines.
The last couple of visits for some reason have seemed to be more stressful ones of late, in here - I came in today as the pharmacy next door had people waiting. I felt that I was really overcharged for buying nothing that looked anywhere near worth how much I realised I’d spent - tried to call up when I got home but conveniently there was no answer. This is just my latest experience.

Managed to come in for our travel vaccines last minute with no booking - the whole process was quick and easy and the pharmacist was very friendly
My family is visiting for the holidays and we were anxious to arrange the day 2 swabs ASAP. Out of 3 places I called this was the only one that picked up the phone, and didn't have answering machine which ended with the message 'your call can't be taken at the moment, please try again later' Never to mention how other places are charging almost double for same day results. The place offers collection and drop off which allowed me to deliver the swabs while my family was safely self isolating at home. I was called and advised to deliver the swabs by 9:15 on the 24/12 /21 to have the best chance of them being processed. on the same day. Thank you for excellent service.
Times are clearly not stated correctly. Saturday the pharmacy closes at 1pm and not at 2pm. Had to pick up a prescription and came all the way from the other side of London with 1.3h journey. Called the pharmacy and 1.10pm and they picked up the phone saying we can see you from outside, what do you want? When I only needed my pills and they been in wrong. Honestly..
So grateful to have this exceptional Pharmacy with such a lovely team in my local area! They are always so helpful and friendly. I'd rate them 1000 out of 5 stars if I could. Can not recommend enough.
