I've suddenly had to go away and cant pick up my prescription which was sent to the pharmacy that day. I was told by the GP and pharmacy where i am, that Lloyds had to transfer my prescription back to "the spine". I've now tried calling 38 times in two days and no answer. Ive run out of tablets that cause serious withdrawal and thanks to Lloyds im experiencing just that. Someone please pick up the phone.

Ali is a very good pharmacist. I injected two shots of hpv vaccine here. I don't feel pain. He is humorous. It's a pity to hear that this pharmacy is going to be closed.

Horrible customer service, came to get my prescription yesterday and TWO workers there told me that ‘pharmacist is ill and there is no one to help’. Not sure what they were doing there. They also told me that a pharmacist will be back the next day at 8am. I came back today at 8am, waited for 20 minutes, no one turned up. Came back again at lunch time to find out that they DONT have the item in stock, which was ordered 6 days ago!! What useless staff, avoid - avoid - avoid.

Awful. Midway through serving me the pharmacist asked if I could wait 1/2 an hour while she goes on her break. I said no because I needed to get home, to which she replied that l’d have to wait because she’s “mentally exhausted” having worked “non stop for 2 hours”. Rude, inconsiderate and incompetent.

Positive Review! I think the Indian lady with mid-length hair and glasses (can’t remember her name) has really improved this pharmacy. The pharmacy was very bad until a new, caring wave of staff came in. It was a nightmare when you are a frequent user of a mental health medication. Despite customer complaints, she really does deserve acknowledgement for her kind and sympathetic approach! Many customers (like me too sometimes) get their medication and go. However, she really goes above and beyond! I have been to many other pharmacies and this treatment towards customers is quite rare to find! I was in agony with my ear—I mean agony! I visited A&E multiple times. I am also living alone as a student in London. She ordered my medications quickly and her general attitude to customer service made me trust that she would take care of me for sure. As promised, my medication arrived (hence the Chocolate Orange I gave her to say thank you!).

I arrived 5 minutes early for my test and I was advised that the pharmacist was stuck in traffic and he would be 30 minutes late. I was asked if I wanted to stay for that long and I advised that it would be a waste of my time. This is the second time that I book this test at a Lloyds Pharmacy at a Sainsbury's and it's the second time that I've been let down/have wasted money on travel/wasted my time. The first time the person didn't even turn up to work (Streatham) and I wasn't even notified in advance of my travel. At Nine Elms my opinion is that if you think you may be late for work - set off half an hour earlier. It's not an excuse in my opinion to turn up late. Rubbish service and an embarrassment for Lloyds Pharmacy.

I don’t know about other services, because my experience with them is from collecting dossette medication boxes. But the staff look tired, exhausted and they lie to you about the times the medication is coming yet the medication hasn’t been put together. If you ask someone else on the same issue, they’ll tell you to wait a couple hours and come back and then when you do go back, they’ll tell you to give them more time, and you try to comply with them and come back after some time and it’s still not ready. It’s definitely not the first time this has happened, so either they are inefficient or overworked. I’m not happy about it. I wish my medication could be delivered. By the amount of customers that shop in Sainsbury’s they should expect that a lot of people would use this Lloyds to pick up their medication as it’s easier for them, but the service is very poor. And sometimes it feels like it’s almost nonexistent because when they get tired they just close the shop with all types of excuses. “Technical fault”, “no chemist today”. They say their opening time is 8am but if you were to go it would be even 10am and no one would be at the shop and it would be closed. Customers would be cuing waiting for them to open. My husband has been the whole of the day without medication. His blood pressure would be extremely high the next day. I’ve been trying to get some medication from them for three days now, but they don’t seem to care about the danger that my husband is in.
