Baz and his wife Suki run the in-house CliniChem pharmacy and are absolutely wonderful. The whole team follow their lead and are supportive. They call to follow up new drug regimes, run an excellent asthma clinic, and are the kindest, nicest people. Big fan.
I recently attended this pharmacy about my high blood pressure. I spoke to the pharmacist on sight on the weekend. And, was told that I could perform my 24 hour blood pressure examination there. I was honestly so thankful I was able to do this a 4 days following our conversation. The GP had told me I had to wait over 2 MONTHS to do this. This independent pharmacy in Victoria Medical Centre are so supportive and accommodating to all their patients and I’m so grateful they were able to do this procedure (TOTALLY FREE) so quickly. I even had a consultation with the pharmacist prior to the appointment and received my results on the day when I handed over the ABPM at the pharmacy.

The worst service ever! The boss puts the phone down mid conversation on two different occasions, he has no people skills.The medications are never ready on time leaving my 88 year old mum many times without medication over weekend. Ect Ect. Would of left no stars if i could. Will be reporting this person on Monday.
Best pharmacy I've dealt with. Efficient and discrete. Always go out of their way to help.
