Absolutely shocking experience. I went to this pharmacy on 02/12/2025 at 11:45pm—a full 15 minutes before their posted closing time—to collect emergency medication for my husband, who was in agonising pain. He was prescribed emergency medication by out of hours doctor. After travelling 30 minutes with my baby, I arrived to find the shutters halfway down and the doors locked. A staff member appeared behind the glass and told me the pharmacist had left 10 minutes earlier. If that’s true, then they closed well before the time they claim to operate. I explained repeatedly that this was urgent, but he showed zero compassion, zero urgency, and absolutely no willingness to help. When I asked for the pharmacist’s name, he said he “didn’t know,” and when I asked for his own name, he refused to give it—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. I’m appalled that a place responsible for dispensing essential medication would leave early and hide behind locked doors while customers with real emergencies are left stranded. If this pharmacy can’t stick to its own opening hours or provide basic accountability, people should be warned. I will never rely on this pharmacy again.

The loveliest and kindest pharmacist. Had ran out of my prescription medication and had to use the emergency prescription service- this was the 3rd pharmacy I tried. The pharmacist here was so efficient, kind and professional. Five star experience, highly highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Extremely grateful for the pharmacist who helped us with an emergency 111 prescription the night before the bank holiday when all other pharmacies were closed. He was very attentive and explained to us what to do with care. Would visit again

I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you are a tourist or if you do not speak English with an Arabic accent (weird), because the gentleman who works here is not able to understand customers, in addition to being rude and rude. I had a bad experience here before because due to my color, the lady who was there didn't wait for me to choose what I wanted from the self-service shelf. people like that shouldn't work with the public, or at least not in central London when there are people from all over the world. you need to learn more from the British, basic issues like education and good habits. even if it's fake polite. in that case it's better than feeling what I felt.

A great pharmacist her name Maryam. So helpful and provided me with great patient care and advice. We are so lucky to have pharmacists as first point of call. I will definitely be back to this pharmacy.

The ‘Man’ on the phone to me was unbelievably rude and arrogant, maybe because he could tell I was a younger female but that shouldn’t make a difference anyway! He was so unhelpful and made me very upset because of his bitterness and the way he made me feel dumb when asking him certain questions as he would reply with things such as ‘well yes I just told you that’ in a know it all kind of tone. Sad old man needs a lesson or two on customer service in todays world!

I booked a Covid19 Antigen test here and I showed up nearly an hour earlier than I was supposed to. The staff managed to see me immediately and the whole experience was very quick and efficient. I received the results by email 20 minutes after I left the building. Very positive experience.
