   Old white male in white pharmacy outfit working behind counter extremely rude when asked a simple question regarding opening hours on Christmas Eve. Will not be visiting again because of this experience. I have actually found a wonderful pharmacy in Southgate I will be visiting instead. People who do not like their jobs should not be able to have customer facing roles. There are many good pharmacies in the area with people who actually know how to talk to people, and this is not one of them.

   Very poor customer service , I was told that the pharmacist was too busy to see me , so I had to demand to see him , then when he eventually came out , he was absolutely useless , he has given me medication with the ingredients in that I said I was allergic to . He was not caring at all , I definitely won’t be returning .

   I came in today to collect my mum’s regular medication, which she’s been getting from this pharmacy for around three years. She’d received a text last week saying it was ready, yet I still waited around 40 minutes because staff said they were “busy”. The service was unprofessional and rude, with little effort to explain the delay. On top of that, my mum normally pays £10 for this prescription, but I was charged £20 today double the usual amount with no clear explanation. I left very disappointed. I’ll be returning to speak to a manager about the overcharge and the poor customer service. I wish there were an option for half a star.

   The young lady with green eyes so rude i open door to give me blood pressure monitor she was shouting at me why u open door so fast im old lady i berly work .i got my repeated medication as i have a lot they stilling one of them fhey said the doctor did not click on it while i ordered online and it show in prescription they still the cream .i m sure they still some of ur repeated prescription im going to change to boots pharmacy and an Indian pharmacy eith longhair braid hair she is so rude is like she is giving away from her pocket the medication the stuff need to learn customer service and deal with patient I thing they faked there certificate they are not real pharmacy we should do something. To this stuff and ban asda pharmacy .I go to boots they are so good

   I don't really understand why there are so many complaints. The service has always been extremely convenient and reliable. The medication is always ready if you receive a message or phone in advance. There was only one time when they issued the wrong medication and it could have been serious if I hadn't noticed. However, we all make mistakes and they rectified immediately. A good pharmacy.

   Besides long waiting time for any simple medicine, you are receiving missing medicine and find out at home. On top of all , nobody picking up the phone. Great job.

   Literally the laziest and most incompetent staff at asda southgate pharmacy. For one medicine, I had to wait for 45 minutes. They just waste time without doing anything. I see lots of reviews like this here, I wonder why Asda is not taking any action here? Are they trying to drive people away from the pharmacy. Just get some competent people please
