This place is hands down the worst pharmacy in the area. They put unqualified checkout assistants from Morrisons to man the front area, while every Pharmacist is paying absolutely no attention to how many people are waiting to be served. There is no personalised service whatsoever, and if you are lucky enough to have the attention of a pharmacist it usually takes 10 minutes at least even when there is no queue. Case in point, yesterday I was looking for a cough mixture to be recommended, its not as simple as pulling off a bottle from a shelf because I take other medications so I am told to wait. 15 minutes later, I walk away and go to my local pharmacy after shopping in Morrisons. I was given my medication within 2 minutes. It just shows we should be looking after small businesses that are struggling in the pharmacy sector right now over large companies like Morrisons who have staff that don't have an ounce of customer service skills.

A pharmacy which needs to be closed down! If you are looking for good patient care/customer service then don't come here! Whenever you come to the till there is no one there to serve you and all the staff are behind the counter not even bothering to look if clients are waiting to be served. You will just be kept waiting. When they eventually come to the till they do not even acknowledge that you were kept waiting. The locum who works on Saturdays quite often has attitude. Once I realised I had runout of one of my medications which they supply to me as a repeat. At 18.30 I went to the pharmacy and informed them, this locum tells me to my face call 111. They were closing at 19.00. They have a duty of care to give a reasonable emergency supply as a repeat patient but he did not want to do the work. I had to point this out so he then was giving two days supply knowing that the GP would have needed three working days to issue a new supply. I had to point this out. The Pharmacist there is very rude, loud and outspoken. She just does not want to do work. I needed an emergency asthma pump. Went there and she used the excuse that as I was new and they had no supplied one before she could do nothing even though all she had to do was call the GP and if they were not responding there is another system she can go to with my permission and issue a pump. I had to verbally say what do you want me to do? She then rudely decided to call the GP, and then she tells me they are not responding so again I had to spell it out, what do you want me to do, then she tells me she needed my permission to look another system to issue the pump. So inapropriate. The Manager there cannot manage people because when you raise concerns about her Pharmacist's behaviour she wont say that she will speak with them and resolve it all she says is just come to me. So what is a patient meant to do if she is not working that day or on holiday? This pharmacy is beyond useless and is run by a weak Manager! Go to Boots in Palmers Green, their Manager is so professional and the service is wonderful. As soon as your prescription is in they text you notifying that you can come in to collect and if there is an issue the Manager will go to any means to help! What a difference.

Called up after struggling to source some specialist baby formula and the lady on the phone was quick and efficient at solving my problem. Will definitely use in the future. Thank you.

Very helpful staff and extremely thorough in explaining any new medications. Often go beyond the call of duty chasing up my surgery for late prescriptions being sent by EPS.

Very unhelpful staff. Tried to get my inhaler replaced as I had run out and all the other pharmacies were closed. I was told to go to Asda. You heard it, go to Asda. What a waste of time for something quite serious but simple to sort. Clearly did not want to help me. I spoke to the store manager and even he couldn’t see why they wouldn’t give it to me. Do not use this pharmacy, go to a pharmacy where the staff have common sense.
