   There are lots of pharmacies in Wood Green, but Morissons pharmacy is by far the best. The chemist and the rest of the staff are brilliant - helpful, efficient and on the ball. They have my preordered meds ready for when I get there, they are efficient at doing the vaccines every winter and they’re there for advice when I pop in every now and then. I think this is a little jewel in Wood Green - we are lucky to have this pharmacy.

   I have repeat prescription for 1 year, automatically I should receive a text messages when they get ready my prescription. I have not received anything from them for 2 months. when I came and asked them about my prescription the lady didn’t speak to me she just asked my name and the date of my birth. She was just looking around and my prescription wasn’t ready. She didn’t say anything about it. I kindly asked her to get ready my prescription every month and to send me a text messages when available to collect it. Of course the lady didn’t say anything. I don’t know if she can speak English. That’s very bad experience ever

   I received a call about a prescription and could not understand the member of staff due to having a very strong accident. I am a foreigner myself (i am german) i told her several times i really struggling to understand and if i could speak to a colleague. She then put down the phone and just before i could hear her talking to someone else says 'you know her??'. To me it clearly looks like the lady claimed im a racist because i couldn't understand her strong African accent, whereas its clearly racism to say that about me. When i called back she claimed she is the pharmacist and that there is noone to file a complaint to. I also got to hear comments such as 'oh my god'. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour abd utterly disgusting accusations. Complain is filed to morrisons and the nhs Thanks

   Such a lovely pharmacy, Virginia has really gone above and beyond for our family at times when the GP had let us down. They know us by name, and always give professional advice. We've felt really supported by them during this year which has been a difficult year for my husband's health. Makes such a difference to have a personal service. Thanks to all there.

   Very slow service and don’t seem to care about the customer needs. The person in charge here is Virginia Duran. She has had bad reviews and still employed here and not a bit different service. Very disappointed.
