   A hidden ‘gem’. I searched everywhere to find a good crystal shop in North London and it was right under my nose the whole time! Not only is this a lovely pharmacy to have in our neighbourhood, it also has the most comprehensive range of crystals, semi precious stones, sage/smudge sticks candles etc., you could find and it’s beautifully displayed. The staff are really genuine and helpful.

   Excellent Experience at Palmers Pharmacy I was so relieved to find Hibiwash at Palmers Pharmacy! I had been searching for it everywhere without luck. The staff were not only incredibly understanding of my struggle to find the product, but they also had it in stock. What's more, they took the time to clearly explain how to use it, which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

   Extremely rude staff. I went in and asked if they sold arthritis gloves. The sullen looking woman simply shook her head at me with an expressionless face. Appalling customer service - avoid.

   I have been SOLD AN EXPIRED PRODUCT! During March 2020 I bought from Palmers Pharmacy a Rimmel Glam'eyes eye-liner, price £5.99. When the next morning I've opened the eye-liner I discovered that it was completely dry, I called the chemist and spoken with the "pharmacy manager", I explained what happened and asked for a refund, rudely he told me that he never had a similar issue before and he refused to refund me, he told me to contact directly Rimmel. I contacted Rimmel, I had to provide them with photos, batch code (see 4 digits number in the photo: 2354) and proof of purchase. Rimmel investigation concluded that this product EXPIRED MORE THAN 5 YEARS AGO, see their full reply: "after investigate your case we are sorry to inform that this product expired more than 5 years ago. Please return at the store, as we cannot help with expired products" additionally they stated "Regarding your enquiry, we would like to inform that you can show them the batch code the first digit of it means the year in this case 2012 and as the cosmetic products have a 3 years life the product expired in 2015". I printed out the emails and went back to Palmers chemist, I showed the emails to the "manager" and without an apology he asked to his assistant to refund me. I definetely won't buy anything from this pharmacy again.
