Given the quiet nature of the environment, these exchanges are easily audible to other patrons, which poses a serious risk to patient confidentiality and the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Additionally, discussions pertaining to prescription specifics—including instructions and queries—are often carried out by staff shouting across the dispensary area to the customer (4 metres away), showing a clear lack of discretion when handling private medical matters. Improved staff training is urgently needed to address these privacy vulnerabilities and ensure all patient interactions adhere to professional standards of data confidentiality.

   I don't know what is wrong with this pharmacy but it seems like they treat tge less vulnerable without any sufficiency because they aren't going no where. I have worked with 4 people around the area but they never get there medication on time, when you call them to clarify they play pretend, I have had them send me back and forth for a client's urgently needed medication for over 2 weeks and they seem to think it is okay. Most rubbish pharmacy ever worked with.

   I’m not sure why there’s all the low scores. In my experience everyone has always been very polite. They had a more unusual medication in stock, and anything they don’t have, they managed to get in next day.

   If I could give minus stars I would! After dealing with pharmacies for repeat prescriptions for 20yrs this is the most incompetant and inadequate pharmacy I have ever come across!! Wether they have a member of stafv stealing medication! Or one that has been there more than 2 weeks I dont know but they are not competant of processing a prescription send electronically from a surgery on the corner of them!! STAY AWAY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THERES GREENACRE PHARMACY ACROSS THE ROAD!! The staff dont care and are incompetant! Honestly worst experience of my life! And this is a review of every prescription ive ever had from them over the years!!!!!

   All the staff at Simmons Pharmacy are always friendly and helpful. I receive text messages when my prescriptions are ready which is great. They have a wonderful selection of perfumes and also have lovely gifts suitable for all ages.

   I used to use the other pharmacy across the road. I decided to go to Simmons because I heard they were a much better one and staff much more helpful. I have been coming here regularly over 4-5 years and I find all the staff incredibly helpful, very willing to" go that extra mile" and extreme obliging. I cannot recommend them enough.
