   Awful service, the staff fail to answer the phone. Then upon driving miles to collect a prescription, the prescription has been made up but hasn't been signed off by the pharmacist who I'm told doesn't work until the afternoon. A totally unacceptable service. This bad performance needs addressing by NHS management.

   They don't answer the phone and there's no voicemail so you can't leave a message. Been trying to get hold of my medication since 29 January when it was prescribed for me

   Can’t get to them ever on phone, even if you do they do not listen. Called 2 hours before I went for my medication to be ready for collection when I arrive. They said yes yet I arrived and it STILL wasn’t ready and the man at the desk walked around wasting time when I said I was in a rush for 15 whole minutes and made me go over my parking. Unorganised absolute mess of a pharmacy they were losing peoples prescriptions and getting the medications mixed up in trays all over the place. Rude staff with no understanding or respect to anyone’s time- incompetent to say the least. Avoid at all costs.

   Perfectly fine service. Walk up, give your name and dob. The very nice staff tell you how long your prescription will take to prepare (30mins in my case) and get you a ticket with number. Nice cafe to grab a coffee and cake while you wait. Pop back and grab your pills... jobs a good un. What's everyone complaining about.

   Nice modern pharmacy, there was no queue but I had to wait 15 minutes just for one medication.
