This has been my local pharmacy for six years, and I have never felt uncomfortable discussing my medical issues. I especially want to thank Izzy and Zina for their consistent helpfulness. The clean and inviting environment, along with the free services, truly reflects the efficiency of this pharmacy. I will definitely come back!

   Worst chemist ever staff always so rude to me especially the young dark girl with glasses she speaks to me so disgustingly and with contempt and venom for no reason I just don't understand why her attitude and behaviour is so despicable towards customers that are only polite. I see them being helpful and polite to other customers but always rude to me.

   I would like to take the time to say this Pharmacy is the best in town. The staff go above and beyond always to help and support me I have witnessed the support towards many of the customers and I personally would not manage health issues I have regarding my parents without the help of this Pharmacy. Elie ,Mo, Issy , Trish, Ru are extremely helpful and mindful of my personal needs I have learning difficulties and I’m not computer literate they are very patient with me when I am trying to order parents medication as are the entire team, many times I’ve been caught short and his pharmacy have helped me out with medication whilst the doctors correct the prescription . The girls at this Chemist are amazing , I cannot speak highly enough of this Pharmacy I would never go anywhere else. On a personal note I would like to give thanks from the bottom of my heart to all the team at pyramid pharmacy , of whom I know without their support my life would be very difficult , I care for two dementia parents and the struggle is real the chemist help me out on a daily basis with medication ,with their time ,with their patience ,with their listening ear and there brilliant medical advice.
