    I have just returned from the pharmacy in Tesco potters bar and was served by a young lady there. She was so helpful and I feel cannot give her enough praise for her help she gave me. My prescription had gone to an incorrect chemist and she quickly sorted it out for me . She is an asset to Tesco

    I went today to the pharmacy to talk about if I have a throat infection as I prefer pharmacy service rather than GP. Zahra assisted me with a smile and kindness.     Absolutely awful now. Since the original lady run it. 3 times over 3 months I have waited a week for my prescription. On one occasion i was given someone elses prescription. Only ever get it as I have to keep going in. I will be changing my dedicated pharmacy in the future. Miss the original team that run it well if only we could do a minus 5 star.

    one star is too much !!! I have tried 3 days solid to make contact. no answering of phone at all. I have gone through head office and they tried internally . no success, eventually cut off. It has now become an emergency and am now ready to throw in the towel. Too shocking that businesses cannot answer the phone when it constantly rings. All I want is for a prescription to be released as it has gone to the wrong pharmacy . Been without my meds for nearly two weeks now , desperate is not the word ..... Answer the bleeding phone and show some courtesy
