   There's no real progression here. I've spent £45 a month for 18 months and the lack of progress led me to take my child to another person and his progress since has been immense. The senior person there nikki was really aggressive with my wife when she dared speak to her about this issue. Previously Nikki has been OK, but seems to be overly flustered and unprofessional when down a trainer or something goes wrong. She's also tried poaching us and several students, claiming she's setting up on her own which isn't nice when you're employed by that company. Several of our friends who have also used the service have also felt the same and have subsequently left. My son, prior to leaving has been on his own in a class for several weeks, which highlights the downward trend in happy customers. Do better. Under the current climate, activities like these are becoming more challenging to afford for average families, but I often witness companies like this offering very little extra care and passion but happy to charge premium rates for a very poor service

   DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. No criticism of the instructors who do their best. Sadly the focus is on making as much money as possible. Zero time from 1 group finishing to the next group starting. Zero time therefore for feedback. We didn't notice any progress in 6 months as the sectioned off area in the pool is far to small. Not a single piece of feedback on proress in the whole time.They are simply cramming in as many lessons as possible within the number of hours available. Gave feedback at the time but heard nothing since. Furthermore unless you stand outside it's really difficult to actually see your child swimming as the viewing area is poorly placed and lacks sufficient seating. Sadly it was 6 months lost for our chklds progress.

   Took my 3 year old to swim Edgehill as a beginner. He was quite nervous but the staff were fantastic and his confidence grew very quickly. He loves going now. Highly recommend

   Staff are absolutely amazing with the children, full of encouragement and enthusiasm whilst teaching, such a positive experience. Really pleased with how our daughter is progressing in her techniques and confidence. Highly recommended!

   Brilliant Pool for the Children to learn to swim in. Swim at Edgehill is the Best around. Also love the fact that the pool is heated in the winter. Staff are amazing with the children, building their confidence and skills. Great facilities to shower and get dry afterwards too.
