needed to buy something urgent and i didnt want to make the trip without knowing if they had the item, and to no surprise they didnt answer me. i called 6 times. that pharmacy is NEVER that busy.
Very well stocked pharmacy super fast prescription completions and you get a text when its ready. Five stars
The pharmacist is very rude. Also they jack up the prices. The same medication he quoted me for £40 I got at Boots for £26. Avoid this place if you can!
On Monday 27th November I came to this chemist to get my young baby vic. Whilst searching my son had vomitted on me, which wasn’t a small amount atall. I asked the female cashier if she had any tissue to give and she informed me there was only tissue to purchase. There was no compassion at all. She observed that I was holding my son in my hand and the amount he had vomitted and did not care, despite me being in there for baby vic which indicated he was unwell. I’m disgusted of this and I’ll be making a further complaint because having no compassion as a customer service advisor in such an industry is unfair to customers. I hope that particular staff member feels satisfied with herself.
Absolutely horrible attitude and communication without even explaining why they don’t take prescriptions from private health insurance. It was a blanket statement to say “we don’t accept it, Find another pharmacy” disgusting rude uncultured behaviour. If you are to succeed as a business in Thornton Heath, you need to learn and understand that not everyone that walks through your doors will be ok with your demeaning and downgraded way of conversation.
Excellent. When ordering repeat prescriptions they are ordered promptly and I get my medication on time. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I'm very happy this is my local pharmacy.
Went to collect the prescription today, the lady working at the front she was just sitting on the chair and drinking her tea looks like she doesn't want to be there, very bad customer service.
Been going here for years. Staff are so friendly and kind. Haylun is a star there is nothing he does not know he is so knowledgble, nothing is too much trouble thank you
I've been using this pharmacy for the past 3yrs. I can not fault them. I use their repeat prescription service and they are always 100% reliable. I believe this is a family run business and they are always polite and helpful. They will get to know who you are and will have your prescription ready when you go in. You can order by phone or in person and they will text you when it's ready. At busy times, they are efficient and you don't have to wait very long (unlike Superdrug or Tesco's pharmacy). I am moving away from Thornton Heath and will miss their reliable service, a rarity in London.
