I went there to pierce my baby's ears and the service was quick, clean and professional. I got a choice of earrings and after care liquid to ensure my baby's ears will heal well and they did.
We had a fantastic experience at Shiva’s Pharmacy! Our family needed yellow fever vaccines for an upcoming trip, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly accommodating working with our schedule and ensuring we were comfortable throughout. They even went the extra mile by helping us create a custom receipts for insurance purposes, which made the paperwork much easier on our end. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that’s not only efficient but also genuinely caring. Highly recommend Shiva’s for any travel health needs!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I phoned ahead for my repeated prescription to collected, however the lady on the phone said I was hassling her and wouldn't come of the phone constantly explaing how thing take time to be ready. When I arrived to pick up the medication she was very impolite and had a attitude in serving me showing attitude face. Absolutely terrible experience,can't tolerate this anymore. I have now canceled my repeated prescription.
I’ve been battling an infection for the last 5 days and every pharmacy was telling me they don’t have any antibiotics. I called multiple pharmacies and nobody wanted to help. Luckily Miss.Patel helped me and stayed open to give me what I needed. Will definitely be using this pharmacy in the future, thank you!
Amazing service from Shivas pharmacy, inparticular from pharmacist Ms Patel. We had a stressful day with an unwell toddler and were struggling to find a pharmacy open which had the particular antibiotics needed. I telephoned and although the pharmacy was closed, Ms patel opened in order to give me the prescription we needed. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

For a few days I'd been trying to book appointments for my two toddlers to have their yellow fever vaccines. It was becoming a bit difficult but luckily I found this place. Staff were super friendly and reassuring. They insisted they would help me with my toddlers which I thought was fantastic. Great experience and would definitely recommend this travel clinic.
