    Closed between 14:00 and 15:00 every day. Where is this information? Just got ushered away like a leper when arriving at 14:01 almost dying from sickness. Come back at 15:00? Yeah, I’ll just be dying in aisle 10.

    Very low quality of the staff I am so sorry to say that but I am trying to call someone to the Pharmacy from to days ago I had make 7 calls last day no one pick up the phone . In this morning I had call again and again Never answer .. Please improve that a bit

    Rude lady on the phone - patronising after being very polite with her. Absolutely inappropriate for someone checking they have understood what they are suppose to do. Repeating what I’ve asked as if I have asked a stupid question. Unkind and unnecessary. Your staff need training on manners and customer service.

    Nobody picking up the phone and they have no idea how to check basic things. In the end they tell you paracetamol even for stroke or asthma attack

    Thoroughly appalling service. I disagreed with the dispenser over charges and asked for my prescription back and for them to put it back on the spine (as advised by the pharmacist at my GP surgery, who had tried to call them but they never answer). The dispenser angrily threw the prescription at the other end of the counter and said β€˜it’s there man’ and stomped off behind the counter. I refused to pick it up until the pharmacist handed it to me and then asked how I could make an official complaint about the attitude of the dispenser, who incidentally was also very unprofessionally chewing gum throughout whilst speaking to customers. At this the dispenser shouted over the shelf β€˜you’re barred from the store.’ I told him he didn’t have the authority to bar me from the store, but good news for him, I certainly won’t be using their abysmal service again!

    Absolutely appalled by the service, i received message yesterday saying meds were ready, i had a bump in car and waznt well so my husband walked to fetch the prescription for me, he was given it my husband said i was medical exempt he was like ok that was it, when my husband got home my husband gave me it i noticed items missing i rang and rang chemist to check thjs. And got no anwer of someone answer saying Lloyds and they pharmacy then hung up, so id ring again and it would ring ages then say number not regognised. This morning i received another text saying meds ready i finally got hold of them, the young man i spoke to firstly said he told my husband that there was items owing yet he hadnt even taken my name so how did he know? And he hadnt told my husband that at all, as he would have told them im away today a few days, eventually he passed me onto frank who was very helpful and listened and in the end had to offer to deliver my meds tonight when my husband is home from work,

    Not happy with the customer service at Lloyds pharmacy in this Sainsbury's, I just went in with two prescriptions, one for a medicine that I have not used before, I thought I would ask to speak to the pharmacist to ask if they could give me some advice about the new cream and how to use it, the lady in who took the prescriptions from me was very polite and nice when I quietly asked if it would be ok for the advice, but when my medication was ready and she spoke to the pharmacist about me, she looked angry, put out that I had dared to request some of her valuable time, she started muttering about how busy she was and that I should do what it said on the label, loud enough for the other customers to hear, embarrassed I told the nice woman "don't worry, I will have to Google it", when I go back to get the remaining medication that they were short of I will make it my last visit to Lloyds pharmacy, I will go back to superdrug where they bend over backwards to be there for the customer and to advise and set ones worries at ease, I work in customer service, I understand being busy, overworked and stressed at work very well, but I would feel ashamed if I ever let one of my customers feel the way I did this evening at approximately 6.25 Monday 10th September.
