PLEASE JUST CLOSE DOWN ALREADY AS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A SERVICE LET ALONE A GOOD ONE. Went there to pick up my prescription, got told the doctors havent sent it over, told them to check there system again as the docs have sent it, she did and comes back saying oh they must have just sent it, it was ordered 5 days before at the doctors, then she says oh we dont have that medication instock, so i asked when it would be, which she shrugged and said i dont know when it will be in, so i asked can she find out whn she turned around and said sorry they cant Come back in 2 weeks. Absolutely useless

I moved to the area in 2015. Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsburys Purley Way is my go to pharmacy as I’m next door. In these nearly 7 years using the pharmacy I’ve been disappointed and let down by the service many times. The pharmacy is very disorganised. Staff don’t understand/know how to work the lloydsdirect service. Had to chase my medication over the phone to be told they had it when the staff couldn’t find it in the system. My most recent let down was the pharmacist refusing to check my son when 111 sent a referral through for him to be checked by the pharmacist.

Extremely poor service from the staff here, they evidently do no care as they were not bothered to look for my prescription once I told them it was on the NHS spine (retrieving the prescription is a very easy and quick task) they have no care whatsoever, they need to know that doing that to people is terrible as they are dealing with people's medicines. They should be ashamed.

Booked a Flu Vaccine online, however needed to change the date so was told to ring the Store to do so. I have been trying almost solidly for 4 days straight and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Is there even anyone there?

I booked a flu vaccine through the gov.co.uk website which stated this branch of Lloyd's pharmacy carried out the NHS flu vaccine. As I am over a certain age, it is free.....or so I thought! I had to wait over several minutes for a staff member to appear. I explained I had booked the flu vaccine for my husband and I, only to be told it's not free unless we were over 65 or exempt. Another member of staff came out from the hidy hole and said the same thing. I showed them the Gov website but they said unless we paid, they wouldn't do it for free. Popped to my local Asda store, they were able to do the vaccine 3 days later, FREE for over 50's. I'm still waiting for a reply from Head office 2 weeks later!

My family and I have been coming to this pharmacy for over ten years and they have been consistently helpful, kind and always go above and beyond to ensure we understand how to take medication. The pharmacists are so warm and welcoming and I cannot fault them.
