Myself and my family have been using this pharmacy for over 40 years! The family who run this pharmacy for us all, has always been helpful, kind and personable. Well done guys you are amazing in the toughest of circumstances!

Went in to ask for pretty straight forward advice. The young woman at behind the till was quite lovely and tried to be helpful, but when she went to ask the pharmacist/manager to speak to me, the pharmacist /manager snapped at the young woman, and then came forward to the till, totally overlooked and ignored me, standing one foot away, snapped at the young woman again about not being able to help me, without looking at me once. Felt super unfriendly, cold and rude, which is a shame as often pharmacy’s are a central pillar of a community. Won’t be going back there and advise others to go elsewhere if they can, to minimise the risk of leaving the shop feeling more vulnerable than when you went in.

Sefgrove has been my preferred pharmacy for the 15 years I have been in this area. The staff are always calm (often when dealing with frustrated and angry customers) and the staff’s dedication to and fondness for this family run business is clear. Recently I went to collect a prescription and was offered my flu jab which I accepted. So easy. At the same time they offered us an over 40s blood pressure check. This resulted in a potentially life saving diagnosis. Well done Sefgrove. This is the frontline of care.

Having read many of the reviews, there seems to be a recurring theme. The staff are made out to be the problem, or the Dr, or the customer but never the manager, who in my opinion shows a dreadful attitude to customers and staff alike. My experience of the staff has been nothing but positive, until the manager has intervened. She berates staff in front of customers and if she can't do that she turns on customers and is rude and obtuse. Her communication skills are negative in the main from my experience and she could do with taking lessons in diplomacy. Staff will work hard for a manager who treats them with respect. Failure to do that will cause a high turnover of employees. I for one would not put up with her attitude towards anyone who gets in her way. There are a number of customers who have taken their business elsewhere and those who can't, mainly the elderly, do not enjoy having to endure negative experiences, just because they don't understand today's technology. Not everyone knows what an app is and those people need to be handled much better.

Excellent pharmacy, very much improved over the years. Assistants are prompt and polite as well as showing great expertise and attention to detail. It’s surely a model store for any pharmacy business and provides a trusted and expanding service at a time when doctors’ surgeries are under so much pressure I just want to add to my review that I have recommended to someone who has had a range of access problems, poor delivery and lack of simple contact while ordering through an online supplier that switching to Sefgrove provides very reliable, prompt and efficient delivery free from annoying and intrusive commercial marketing and frustrating online inefficiency. It pays to support local business and opt for personal service.
