   I always try to support local businesses whenever I can, but if the staff are rude or condescending, I’d rather take my business elsewhere, even if it means going out of my way. Unfortunately, after my experience today, that’s exactly what I’ll be doing.

   I don’t usually post reviews, but after my recent visits I felt I had to. I’ve moved out of the area and now visit very rarely, but since my mum came in recently I wanted to share my experience. My mum collects her prescriptions from Klub Pharmacy and I also pop in from time to time to buy stock. Over the last year and a bit since the management change the team here have been absolutely amazing. Anna and Sameera have been brilliant in making sure the stock is always available and in taking great care of prescriptions. Although I haven’t seen them in the past couple of weeks I really hope they’re back soon because they’ve been such a big part of the excellent service here. From Monday through Saturday the service has been first class. Saturdays in particular are always busy compared to other pharmacies that usually have three gentlemen working at a time, but the two gentlemen here really do everything they can to support patients. Even with the GPs closed they go above and beyond, always polite, patient, and determined to make sure everyone is looked after. I’ve been to many pharmacies and this one stands out for how well the team genuinely care about people and for keeping shelves well stocked with good quality products. The only concern I have is about a lady from Eastern Europe I believe Polish who seemed to be managing back in 2022 when things weren’t run properly. I hadn’t seen her for around a year and a half but recently she was around again. My mum came home upset after dealing with her about a missing item she had bought and she said she would have much rather spoken with the regular team who have always been kind and respectful. There are a few other concerns about her as well, though I don’t want to go into too much detail. I really hope the current fantastic team continue running things because going back to how it was in 2022 would be a big step backwards. Overall despite that concern Klub Pharmacy is definitely the best pharmacy in the Norwood area.

   I have been to the pharmacy for some advise i got rash and i ask counter assistant girl can i speak to pharmacist and she was very rude she said no you cant she said i can help whaterver your query is..i said but want to speak with the pharmacist cz you cant help it..she went it back to the dispensary and came back and said pharmacist is on her break now and i ask her how long is her breaK she mentioned 1 hour break and literally i saw pharmacist was giving advice to next to the person as soon i was leaving Appart from that , after that i ask her can you give me painkiller for my grandmother as she have blood pressure and she is on lots of medication she is nominated her can you check the medication and her record and give me accordingly...she was like take nurofen tablets...what nurofen you cant take having blood pressure. And she said this is what we haveee....very very bad experience everr i had in this pharmacy...

   I’ve been coming here for years & the service was wonderful under Kalpesh & team. Sadly since the pharmacy changed hands repeat prescription requests have been lost due to them not using the Healthera app anymore. I feel that a little of the warmth that we received from our community pharmacy is also missing.

   Great pharmacy. I had to get a private prescription filled and Klub pharmacy had one of the lowest prices. I could have saved about a pound going to another pharmacy but Priyanka was so polite and helpful on the phone that I decided Klub pharmacy would be my best bet. When I went to drop off and pick up my prescription, I was not disappointed, everyone in the shop was friendly and knowledgeable.

   Friendly, attentive staff, very knowledgeable & happy to advise. Clean and well stocked with prices clearly marked so no surprises when you get to the till. Even when busy the pharmacists take the time to ensure you understand the medications you are receiving.
