The pharmacist Stephen is very caring and understanding. Always there to listen to me and give advice if he is not buzy. The other staff are also happy and welcoming.
Called with a burn issue. Was told to call back in 5-10 min. Called back and asked the reason, was told because there was a queue and I was telling them stories! Anyway, asked about first aid, was met with “you have to come in”. I asked if there was anything I can do at home, was asked, “what do you have?” I said you can tell me what I need and I can tell you accordingly. Then was told, “you need to use a cream, I’m sure by now you’ve put water on it.” I told them “no I haven’t, that’s what I’m asking you.” Then they said “just put water on it for it to cool down.” I asked for how long. They said 5-10 min. I asked if cold water on the tap is OK, they said yeah. Then they said to come for a cream. I asked for a name, they said there’s acriflex and lots of creams. I asked if I could use Sudocrem, they said yes and hung up. That was how it went. Everything I had to keep asking, nothing was offered up front. So much for advice/consultation from the pharmacist. I wasn’t really satisfied by what I got there, so I looked at the NHS website that said to put water on it for 20 min. I called them back and asked to confirm, and he/she first tried to hang up on me, then started shouting at me saying “What do you want from me??? If you want to follow the NHS call them, this is the pharmacy!” Stressful experience, rude pharmacist, awful service.
I don't understand the negative reviews about this place. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and as quick as one can be when issuing prescriptions. I've been using them frequently for 6 months and I've never had to wait long, and they even stayed open a few min late for me when I phoned and said I was on my way. I can't fault them!
I've been using this pharmacy now for quite a while. The service is always 1st class and their customer skills are of the highest order. Definitely a top outfit.
Wonderful, sympathetic and service beyond what is required from them - 28/01/2025 Could not get brand of diabetes tablets, which were the only ones that I did not have an allergic reaction to. The pharmacists actually, painstakingly went through different brand ingredients until they found the medication which would agree with me. Above and beyond my high expectations - Thank you so much, much appreciated.

The best pharmacy we have in South Norwood. Been using them for at least 5 years. Stephen is fantastic. Always keeping on eye on what you are taking. Fabulous service for repeat prescriptions even when the Dr's surgery mess up, medibank sort it for you. Thank you everyone at Medibank!
Been trying to phone them on and off for two days now and phone is engaged constantly!! Not good when your phoning about medication.
one of the best teams I've seen at a pharmacy, very helpful and uplifting. their attitude towards the working environment really makes the difference, prices are pretty decent too; if you're looking for any type of advice the team there will definitely assist you
