   I received very good customer service. Family run business, which was nice to see. Would definitely go again. All you want from your pharmacist is help by giving some good advice. Let's remember that this is not a coffee shop, this is a serious pharmacy.

   The worst service experience. Staff staring from the back of the pharmacy, rather than as you are waiting to collect a prescription, then eventually approaching you when they are ready. Rude attitude, therefore, I changed my pharmacy even though this is the closest to my GP surgery Limited prescriptions are expecting you to return more than three times. Communication and professionalism are poor. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I would like to be balanced. Last year, they had such amazing, polite staff; however, I am not sure what happened.

   Went in for a pack of facemasks after moving into the area, item found quickly and at a good price. Was delighted with the overall store size, layout, offering of items and the provision of 2 seats for clients to use in the pharmacy area.

   This Pharmacy is really bad. I came to pick my medicine tree times this week and they owed medicine before Christmas!!! And they still owe My medicine so can you believe? I went just now 6 mins before closing and they said it's closet! So si annoying.

   Poor customer service, never have medication in stock, and when they do have it in stock, it’s often expired… I’m switching to a different pharmacy.

   Extremely rude staff. Had emergency prescription referral sent through from 111 and they then refused to help and were rude on the phone. Also previously had issues going in to purchase other medications. Staff are not compassionate or polite, other pharmacies in the area much more helpful - avoid if you can.

   Great chemist... Who know nothing about anything... I order certain medications and get giving other medications not once not twice but a shock 4 times. If you complain about it they don't care if you borrow something because you short they make you fell bad as hell for borrowing something sometimes you have to borrow certain medications or risk dying I hope they know that. They screw things they aren't helpful at all and when you call to check if your stuff if there or not they tell you to come and ask in person. I'm scared that once they will screw more important medicine and I end up in the hospital or dead. Don't use this place it's bad which is shocking because when I started to use them when they first opened they was fantastic now it's like a circus
