   This is the most disgraceful chemist I have ever used, they sold us a box of tablets that where empty and full dominos to weigh the box down they called my elderly mother a thief shouted at her and intimidated her I had to get out of the car to help her, they called us liars they would not refund or replace the box, this has left my elderly mother very shaken. I’ve never been abused by anybody the way this pharmacist spoke to us. Please do not use this chemist they can’t be trusted

   Awful service unfriendly people that work there, especially the young man behind the till. He is always snearing and has a look of disgust on his face and always rude. Please change your dirty attitude young man.They also never have prescription ready. Best to go to the pharmacy opposite. They are far more polite and helpful. If they are out of something, they make suggestions and also give you advice.

   Would give zero star if possible. Horrible service received from the owner of the pharmacy. I took a digital picture for my passport at the pharmacy. The quality was not good enough and was not accepted on the online application. When I called the pharmacy to question this the person who said is the owner - but would give his name started shouting and telling me the picture is good enough and said he would not refund it. He was so rude and unprofessional that I rather lose my £10 than talk to him ever again. I have now taken a picture with the Iphone (should have done it in the first place) and was good enough. As you can also see from other reviews it is better to stay away from it. Very suspicious as the staff is not allowed to disclose the owners name either (not even the first name)
