   I have called on several occasions about my parents' prescriptions and they're always polite and helpful. Although it's not my local pharmacy, they know my mum and when I've been in asked after her.

   Asked for a medication and was refused due to taking melatonin. Absurd and arbitrary a complete waste of time and making things up. Avoid being honest unless it pertains to a serious health issue as they will tell you the opposite of what Ive already been prescribed together.

   I recently visited the Trinity Pharmcy to fill a private prescription worth £500.00. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn that my well-behaved dog was not permitted inside. While I understand that policies regarding animals can vary between establishments, it’s important to note that there is no overarching law prohibiting dogs in pharmacies; such decisions are typically at the discretion of the individual business. Interestingly, children are allowed entry without restriction. This experience suggests that the policy may be influenced by personal preferences rather than strict health and safety regulations. As a result, I chose not to proceed with my purchase at this location. If you are a dog lover, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

   Pharmacist was racist, did not have modern knowledge of pharmaceutical interactions, did not respect my Doctor's advice on using medications simultaneously, refused to show proof of interactions, refused to give her registration number and asked another customer to become physically threatening. Do no go here.
