   Last Friday I had a Covoid booster jab at this pharmacy. I had booked online but the other people waiting there were as 'walkins'. The male nurse giving the jabs managed the queue efficiently and had a friendly manner. I have used the pharmacy at other times during the past year without problems.

   I am so grateful for the regular help in sourcing my son's medications. The pharmacy team go the extra mile to ensure my son gets the brand he likes as opposed to the more readily available product. He has ASD and has lots of sensory processing issues, therefore a change in taste of his usual medication causes huge distress. The Pharmacist always takes the time to make additional telephone calls, and secure the product he likes. The team always show us such kindness and are responsive if I call or visit. Thank you all so much for your on-going help.

   Visited after trying 5 different pharmacies closer to me and they had what I needed. They didn't have the exact dose so they took the time to extract what I needed into a smaller bottle for me for my child. Was for my baby with croup, wouldn't have known what to do if I couldn't get it! Thank you!

   As this is my local Pharmacy, I have been a regular patient/customer before the relocation from Rosendale Road to the current location. The staff are always lovely, kind and compassionate. In particular, the Lead Pharmacist, the older gentleman has gone above and beyond the duty of call on numerous occasions. To illustrate, last month, as I am a novice to the prescribed medication system, he has very kindly offered to liaise with an Old Diary Health Centre on my behalf to ensure blood results were interpreted ASAP to determine the appropriate course of action. There was a chance that medication will have to be changed due to potential side effects which are determined by blood tests and given I was about to run of supplies vs going abroad - it was a race against the clock - he has reassured me that I shall be appropriately covered by correct medication before I embark on my journey. Also, when my daughter was only a few weeks old, he was always supportive and kind. On one particular occasion, the pharmacy was about to close but he very kindly offered to remain open until my baby was examined by the GP in case any medication was needed. Summa summarum: A consistent excellent service accompanied with a smile.
