Went to get my blood pressure checked here and the whole staff were lovely. Nikki administered the test and was kind, friendly, chatty and put me at ease, and gave nice advice to help lower my reading.

Staff are great but the actual boots is terrible. Constantly out of stock of medicine, the shop itself is so old and dated. The general stock they have is very hit and miss and you canβt get any of the usual boots products. In need of a serious facelift / restock.

Fabulous help from the lady with auburn hair. Two other staff members seemed clueless when I asked for advice (trainees?) but the other lady with auburn hair from the pharmacy overheard and came out and promptly dealt with my query. I also noted how she had to step in several times to help the other 2 members of staff as I was still shopping and I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and how organised at multitasking many things whilst also being very friendly. Iβm sorry i didnβt catch her name but she appears to be the stores biggest asset.

This is my local, most of the staff are lovely and I like that they're familiar faces. But my only problem is they're very hard to reach by phone and recently it just seems to be off the hook all the time.

I always get my medicine and prescriptions from here. For some reason, I prefer this to the other local pharmacy etc. I recommend calling up in advance to make sure they can bag up any items for prescription and so that you can check the details. They have chairs which is a blessing as I suffer from arthritis in my knees. 4/5 as sometimes the wait seems forever , however overall, Good :)

Rude Lady. I often visit this branch for click and collect and always leave the packaging in store as I am usually on the go. The lady serving me refused to dispose of it despite having a recycling option and asked me to dispose of it outside. I refused as I have always left the packaging in store . She called me rude and said I should have the items delivered to my homeβ¦.There is a reason I chose click and collectβ¦ What is the purpose of sustainable packaging if you are asked to dispose of it in a generic bin outside? P.S It was a tiny box.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, but you often have to wait a long time for over the counter products if staff are busy with prescription requests. Apologies to the lady working the counter on Monday lunchtime who I unfairly took my frustrations out on after another customer had the audacity to jump in front of me in the queue I had been waiting in for 20 minutes! (I was grumpy and full of cold/flu virus)

A wonderful community pharmacy that I visit regularly. Staff are amazing and always prepared to go the extra mile to look after their customers. Hugely grateful to the friendly and helpful team who stayed open an extra 5 minutes after closing this evening to get me the emergency prescription I needed. Highly recommend.
