I recently started going to this pharmacy again after it was taken over by new ownership. I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt valued as a customer. The level of professionalism and dedication displayed by the staff was truly commendable. I also had a few questions which the resident pharmacist answered for me with ease. Nice to see this as my GP struggles with face to face appointments, so seeing a medical professional in person is always refreshing.
I have been a customer of Kings Pharmacy for many years and I have always been impressed with the level of service and care that I have received. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied with my medication. I recently had a prescription filled for a new medication, and I was not sure how to take it. The pharmacist took the time to explain the medication to me in detail, and he answered all of my questions. I felt confident that I was taking the medication correctly, and I was very grateful for his help.

I have used this pharmacy before and received incredible service. They already had my prescription ready for me when I arrived, the staff were super friendly and when I requested to speak to the pharmacist to ask a few question about my medicines he was very knowledgeable and professional but with a friendly and approachable demeanour. This is my local pharmacy and I am very happy with it. The prescriptions are always sorted on time, staff are very professional and friendly, and recently, I have used their services to get travel vaccinations. The pharmacists were very knowledgeable and helpful at arranging the necessary immunisations in a timely manner.
This is our neighbourhood pharmacy. The people are absolutely lovely, always eager to help and will go above and beyond (phoning when prescriptions are ready for collection, offering delivery, phoning my GP if a prescription hasn't come through). I've also witnessed their kindness to local residents who need special assistance.
