Awful experience: incompetent & unhelpful staff I needed dressings for post-surgical incisions following jaw arthroscopy, specifically something waterproof and able to seal the wound properly. Despite explaining this in detail, I was sold plasters that were barely adhesive and started lifting/falling off immediately after applying. When I returned shortly after to explain the issue and requested to exchange the product for something appropriate, they refused to do so and, instead, suggested I purchase another item. I specifically went to a pharmacy and not a drug store, as I was looking for professional advice. Very disappointing already that I purchased an unsuitable product due to their poor recommendation and had to go there again, when I was not feeling very well shortly after surgery and had already been on my last leg when I went there first and was then told to make another purchase. Ended up finding better suited products and more helpful staff at Superdrug in Kentish Town.

I cannot thank this pharmacist enough for the incredible care and kindness shown to me and my daughter. We rushed in when a fly had flown into her ear, and he immediately helped us with such professionalism and calm reassurance. He carefully and gently assisted us until the situation was resolved, and we left feeling so relieved and grateful. It’s rare to come across someone so compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to help in a moment of real need. Truly outstanding service — thank you for being there for us!

I always receive outstanding service at this chemist. My GP at the Northern Medical Centre sends my repeat prescriptions here and there is never a problem. A well-stocked pharmacy with friendly, helpful staff. I came here several weeks ago for a twenty four hour blood pressure monitoring. The receptionist at my Doctor's surgery said no chemist offered this service and I would have to wait over three months to be seen at the Whittington Hospital. I rang this chemist and was told could have this service the same day. I was taken into a side room and the pharmacist could not have been more helpful and respectful attaching the monitor. It was a simple case to return it and I was given a paper copy of the results and these were also sent to my GP. I am 100% happy with this chemist. A big thank you!

My bag was snatched at Tufnell Park tube which had my insulin and needles. I was away from home and called 111 to get emergency short acting. I was given this pharmacy which I have to say were amazing. The lovely Asian pharmacist sorted me out within 15 mins and gave me a lot more than I needed. Very professional and very caring. Doubt if I am ever here again but definitely worth a visit. Thank you.

I wrote a bad review in the past, but now think this chemist is much better organised and am happy to use them. The staff are friendly, the service efficient.

I don’t usually write reviews online, especially negative. However I had attempted to retrieve an emergency prescription from this chemist and the man stated he was locked out of the 111 system and therefore cannot give me my prescription, he was very unhelpful and could only tell me to call 111 again to try find another nearby pharmacy.

Personally, I've never had any problems with this pharmacy over all the years I've been going there. The female staff at the counter are always polite and lovely, and they always have my prescriptions ready on time.

I've used this pharmacy for more than 6 years. The chemist is usually indifferent but not unpleasant but this occasion I was rudely asked to present a NHS number then asked to go back to the GP to verify a prescription that was sent electronically. He then asked me to spell out my last name which was already clearly written on the piece of paper with my DOB. To my astonishment he asked me if I usually pay for my prescriptions. I was too weak to even respond. Promptly paid for my items and left. Seriously reconsider using this chemist again. I don't like being unwell and it rarely happens but when I am unwell and unable to speak clearly, I don't expect healthcare professionals to be so unprofessional. Opening my prescription, I noticed one capsule was opened. Upon reading additional comments. I recognize that there is a definite behavioural pattern that is unacceptable. I'll be reporting this incident further.
