I was very disappointed with service today. Pharmacist should be a professional, but the lady was service me, she keep tell me I don’t understand her. I’m thinking. Both of us speak English.
Went to fine pharmacy today & discussed with the owner my concerns about my prescriptions. Initially I gave Fine Pharmacy a 2 star review, but after my discussion today with regard to my prescriptions, I will now rate them with 5 stars, as they were very interested as to why I initially gave them 2 stars, I explained my reasons & they were very interested in my reasons for giving them a 2 star review. They listened very intently, & with concern, which impressed me. Now I'm rating them with 5 stars as they impressed me so much. Well Done Fine, your rating has now increased!
I went in fine pharmacy for travel vaccine and it was a amazing meeting with them and the services by the staff its too good they all are very polite and gentle thank you so much for the help

Not even a star I would say , and agree with Mr Rahmans review. I have been a customer for Repeat Prescriptions for many many years at this chemist including my family. Nowadays I don’t see the other gentleman slim with the glasses he was very kind soft talking and knew your concerns and very humble person to talk if you had any issues. So on Tuesday 24th May 2022 went in and ordered my RP and was advised by behind the counter to collect on Friday 27th May 2022 I didn’t collect on Friday, I went in on Monday 30th May 2022 - A girl approached me and I told her came to collect my RP she goes behind counter and after few minutes advised me no order is there for me and there is a issue with my medication and I should go to my GP I was a bit frustrated as I did not have enough tablets at home. This is not the first time it’s happened. It occurs every time with this chemist. The little Bengali girl named Anisha yells at me and says I have an attitude problem and to leave the chemist . I walked to James Wigg KTHC and spoke with the GP the same day and explain my situation, GP explains that no order has been placed by fine chemist or maybe they forgot. So I get prescription and transferred my order to Boots from now on . To the Bengali girl Anisha you need to learn how to respect people same age as your parents perhaps you had a bad day at home or argument with your boyfriend or parents but you don’t put your anger on customers/patients . You need to control yourself you have a long way to go in your life be polite to people you are a muslim woman lower voice down and speak calmly and respectfully. Good luck .

Been a customer for number of years, over the last few months I've noticed this chemist is become very strange. This has happened Over few times now. I've been to my gp and asked for repeat prescription, they have send it electronically to Fine Chemist, when I come to collect medication they give me just one of the medication that I ordered via the gp.. When I call my gp and ask them to reconfirm my order they confirmed everything I ordered. This chemist keeps your medication and will make any excuses. This is not the first time this had happened & I already told them over the phone and told them face to face... Surely this is not a mistake as its happening every time. I have to keep chasing them for my medication. Won't come back again
It might not look much on the outside, but trust me: this is a palace. It's difficult to convey how much this chemist means to me...exceptional
