   We had an absolutely fantastic experience when getting our 2-year-old vaccinated for chickenpox. Our little one is usually quite nervous during medical appointments, but the pharmacist was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring from start to finish. The pharmacist took the time to explain everything clearly, using a gentle and reassuring approach. He created a calm environment that made our child feel safe throughout the process.    I never write reviews however I felt compelled to do so as I had a rather poor experience with my baby. The pharmacist had poor bedside manners, it felt rushed and unprofessional. He didn’t disinfect his hands. I had to ask for a plaster as baby was bleeding, he handed over a cotton ball without looking back. Asked again for a plaster and was finally given one. Zero information in regard to aftercare or the vaccine itself. Any parent knows that getting a child vaccinated is already stressful as it is. Children are sensitive and they need to be treated with extra care. I very much regret going there. I was fooled by all the positive reviews. They are also more expensive than others, I had far better experiences with the NHS.

   Excellent pharmacy with a wide range of products, walk-in appointments, and super friendly staff. The recent refurbishment is amazing! The pharmacy looks fantastic and very modern. It is also very clean and has some seating if you are waiting for a consultation. It is also wheelchair accessible.
