   We simply couldn’t recommend Richard and his team at Spaflow Ltd enough. We had placed an order for a stainless hot tub with a company called Resistance SwimSpa and boy we had a lucky escape thankfully lost no money unlike many other poor folk. We visited Richard and had a meeting where instantly we felt reassured that this guy knows his stuff, he put us at ease and gave great advice to allow us to choose the best options for ourselves. Order was placed and hot tub was ready in agreed timescale with updates on the build and photos. We installed our hot tub ourselves and Richard commissioned it. I must say the maintenance is ridiculously low, and the quality is outstanding! First class experience and couldn’t recommend this company more! Now we have the pleasure of enjoying it.    We chose Richard at SpaFlo after a horrendous experience with a cowboy company called Resistance Swim Spas. Having lost £68000 we were obviously very wary about getting scammed again but having visited the factory we were reassured that this was a genuine and professional company. The pool was built and delivered on schedule to precise specification. The delivery up a narrow 33% hill was challenging to say the least but all achieved with great skill and obvious planning. The pool is fantastic and has been the icing on the cake of a fabulous house build. We could not be happier. The quality of the build is superb. A Rolls Royce of swim spas. I am happy to show anyone our pool and discuss. Richard has my details to pass on.

They were efficient with plans, managing the manufacturing process well through our planning delays. We are very pleased with our finished spa, which was exactly what we were hoping for.

   The service we received from SpaFlo was first class and our bespoke spa is an amazing addition to our courtyard garden; we enjoyed involvement in the design process, was regularly updated throughout manufacture and installation went very smoothly. They are always on hand to help with maintenance and aftercare. We considered a number of other companies but SpaFlo offered the best value and quality.

   What a fabulous experience! I performed here on Friday for the unveiling of the very first stainless steel hot tub and all the staff were so lovely, they couldn't do enough to help! Can't wait for the next event and if you need a hot tub I would 100% recommend these guys, they really are the best in the business!
