Waited 25 mins to collect meds i ordered and paid for ( had confirmation order was ready) only to be told its out of stock and to call up website for a refund. Awful service!
Will never shop here again!!! The experience was quite distressing. While searching for new makeup, I was constantly aware of the security personnel instructing the sales staff to monitor me. This made it difficult to test the products freely, despite using the testers provided. Upon exiting the store, I triggered the alarm, which seemed intentional given my position as a store manager I am quite aware of this. I was subjected to a bag check, which revealed nothing. My intention was simply to shop, yet I felt a sense of violation. I confronted the security officer, expressing my awareness of his scrutiny and the deliberate triggering of the alarm, noting that I did not set it off when I re-entered. While I recognize the necessity of security measures, it is important to avoid treating every customer as a potential thief. I've provided a photo of the rude security guy. I will make sure and refer to every other friend not to go back here.
Excellent service, friendly, helpful and personal. I mean it is something when you don't even need to tell them who you are. They know you and what medication you expect. Much better than the other big brand.

Don't have required products available, asking to call ahead next time. Trying that now, but nobody's picking up the phone all day
