   The private prescription price for acne treatment was a bit of a shock - £60 for epiduo gel and antibiotics. Never worth getting a private prescription anywhere, go via NHS. I wouldn’t have minded paying £60 but the two women there seemed a little impatient with me. I know I came in at 18:15, but for a simple prescription, I don’t think that should be offensive if closing at 18:30.

   Last Wednesday I had an allergy reaction and I called them, when I said what was happening,she told me to hang up and call 999 straight away and when she couldn't get to me on the phone she came to my place with a epping pen because she was really worried. I have nothing to say,but been very grateful to them specially Karmun.

   Bad customer service from the male employee working there! Not only did he interrupt the conversation I was having with the colleague, telling her off infront of me and other staff to serve the waiting customer when he wasn’t doing anything himself. He also always happens to be on his laptop when busy inside. I was told in a rude manner to speak only if it’s work related, if not you can speak outside, when I was explaining my problem in my language with his colleague as I felt more comfortable in doing so as she is a female pharmacist. Unacceptable!! However the girls working there are lovely always in particular Helin she always greets me with a smile and is happy to help!
