Went to this place after falling off my bike nearby. Staff was so genuinely kind, helped me with my wounds and made sure I was okay before letting me go. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was absolutely brilliant.
Made an appointment for a vaccination. Travelled a couple of miles to reach the appointment. Before I could get seen there was a fire alert so everyone had to evacuate. Granted, that was unavoidable but I enquired when I could rebook the appointment. I was told to just walk in any day. I tried again on Thursday and was told that they don’t do vaccinations on Thursdays. Complete waste of time and effort due to the misinformation given. Not at all happy so went elsewhere with no hassle.
What a shame to have to change a 5* review. The new owner has squandered the goodwill that they bought from the previous family. A number of the staff have treated me with an unpleasant combination of incompetence and distain. I can persevere no longer and must take my family's custom to one of their many competitors. I hope that by writing this review that I can help at least one person avoid an unpleasant experience.
I love this pharmacy. All the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help. Good prices too. And I get my dog’s prescription meds there as well. Warmly recommended.
This pharmacy offers exceptional service in ordering and re-ordering medications. I am a person with Parkinson’s I need to manage multiple prescriptions which are sometimes issued with differing start and ending dates; that means someone has to take an overview of what the patient’s total needs are. The pharmacy does exceptionally well in this regard and I’ve been using them for many years. If it closed I would be in deep distress for want of a better professional service. Many thanks and highly recommended for everyone.
Lovely, friendly staff, who handled the huge wave of people keen to get their boosters after the PM’s announcement last night with patience and efficiency. Took an hour from queuing to leaving, when others in London had to wait 4+ hours! Feel very lucky, thank you!
