   I recently had a microsuction ear-cleaning appointment, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and Neil took the time to explain the process clearly before beginning. I really appreciated how gentle and precise the procedure was - no discomfort at all, just quick, effective relief. Neil checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, which made the experience feel very safe and professional. If you’re dealing with blocked ears or wax build-up, I highly recommend microsuction at Caledonian Road Pharmacy. It’s fast, painless, and incredibly effective. I’ll definitely return here for any future ear-care needs.

   Amazing pharmacy! I really needed an appointment asap and they booked me for the next available but said she would call and get me in earlier if she could and bless her she did! I was so chuffed and it just gave a real sense of caring about her customers and patients - not something you get a lot of these days. Would definitely recommend 100%

   This place is an absolute gem - the staff are friendly, helpful and ingratiating, and very knowledgable, they're timely with prescriptions, and the shop is well-stocked and sleek. Neil in particular is a hero, a proper local pharmacist who gets to know you, inspires great trust, and who does everything he can to accommodate (like when I suddenly realised I needed travel vaccinations at the last minute, and he squeezed me in that day!). I've never had a proper 'local pharmacist' before and now I really know the value of having these guys nearby - the other day I had horrible food poisoning and instead of turning to Dr Google I sent my husband straight to the pharmacist and asked him to just consult them on anything that might help, and they played an absolute blinder. I'd be lost without these guys!

   Fantastically friendly and efficient travel vaccination centre, all the staff are welcoming and the manager Neil is really good with a needle. Highly recommended for yellow fever / rabies / hepatitis / cholera / typhoid... and I have forgotten the rest. Offers a 10% discount on travel vaccinations. Big thumbs up from me.

   Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. So I would strongly recommend this place if your travelling for the Christmas or in the future.
