   I had my first Covid earlier this year and had the knife-like sore throat. The young lady staff was so nice to help me ask the pharmacist to offer the anti-biotic that completely cured my illness. Thank you so very much! 2025 I came back again because my cold, still the best pharmacy offered the most fit medicine to cure my sickness! Nice and polite staff and thanks again!!

   Wonderful place for work experience, respectful staff they explain everything in detail and help you carefully, everyone here is welcoming and I definitely recommend this place for work experience as a year 10, would definitely come here for my prescriptions.

   I woke up today with severe conjunctivitis in both eyes and sent my partner to get me some Optrex eye drops for infected eyes which usually cost £8.99, they sold him the generic brand (ie. A cheaper item) and charged him £16, a total rip off. When I called to query the price they said everything has gone up, but unfortunately for them, I am a pharmacist and know that this was a total lie and a way to scam people who are unwell and need medication. I will not be using this pharmacy ever again.

   Was treated like a pariah for daring to request my usual contraceptive pill as an emergency prescription. I realised I had run out too late to request it from my GP before the weekend. It's on repeat with this chemist, so they have dispensed it to me before, I didn't just appear out of nowhere, and previous pharmacies I have used were accommodating when it came to repeat prescriptions. I was asked for name, DOB and when the last time I had it had been (it should have been on their system but nevermind). I told staff all this but was still turned away without my prescription and without any words of sympathy. They told me they would issue the prescription only if my GP could process it immediately. If you live in the UK today you know you're more likely to win the lottery.

   I had a vaccine appointment booked a week in advance and when I arrived they told me they don't have it in stock. This also made it impossible to rebook for the next 24h. I feel this is something that could've been known at least a day before and they could have not accepted the booking.
