Five stars for the friendly and professional approach to service provision. Also for doing what I was told they would; coordinating my medications in an accessible batch and being integrated with the GP surgery. A new service with a new approach. Thank you to Gray’s Inn Pharmacy (no longer Starr Pharmacy) for putting this patient’s needs at the centre of your service.

The best service I have ever received from this or any other pharmacy. The staff particularly Akharsh was proactive caring and genuinely interested in helping and could not have been more helpful if he tried. 10/10 all day everyday. Grays Inn pharmacy now attached to Grays Inn Medical practice (previouslty Starr pharmacy) is a true and genuine assest where precription decisions can be made without having to wait for a GP appointment. A solution based, patient focused team truly wanting to support their patients. Five stars ***** Thank you.

I honestly would always rather go to an independent pharmacy vs a chain like Boots but I can’t recommend this one. I’ve been 5x over a year and they never have stock, not even ibuprofen 500mg today during peak flu season. And I wasn’t looking for crazy medicines the other times (bandages, pain relief…). Also I wouldn’t say they are particularly nice, helpful or cheap. Like every other time I visited this pharmacy, I’ll go somewhere else.

** WILL REPORT TO GENERAL PHARMACEUTICAL COUNCIL ** Agreed with previous comment about messing with people’s health 11:15 05/12/2024 went to pharmacy and was declined my thyroid medication. Was told 2 weeks ago when collecting another medication from an Indian pharmacist (for identification purposes: hair up, Indian, high pitched voice with short stature, unsure if wore glasses) that I need a specific thyroxine brand (which I do not I simply was told by the endocrinologist to avoid the TEVA brand — a quick search simply tells me TEVA has had an issue with dosages in the past). Returned 2 weeks later to see if it’s arrived only to be told the same thing. So they did NOT contact me, email me just kept me waiting and when I showed up told me the same thing with this disgusting dismissive attitude a healthcare worker should not have. Unlucky for her I am well versed and a health care worker myself but will not disclose due to confidentiality & will be taking this up with the GPC for this pharmacy to be investigated. Called GP immediately who looked into it straight away arranged same day pharmacist consultation understanding this distress and changed my pharmacy immediately. I then rang for my prescription to be transferred only for the Indian Male to scream at me over the phone telling me ‘How will we get the money then? How WILL we get the money for the medicine’ when asking for a simple transfer. Talking about money on the phone like it’s my responsibility. Your job is the care of patients health not how you make money off them like statistics The uneducated pharmacist then continued to say I need to ‘Speak to her’ as if it’s so easy to contact an endocrinologist — so you seem to understand NHS claims but not the waiting times and urgency to actually see a doctor. I was so confused I had to ask the GP pharmacist “what does he mean about claiming money ?? I’ve changed my nominated pharmacy now am not going back there it’s terrible. How do I go about getting this as the accord brand is stocked in another pharmacy closer to me — > is there any way of cancelling the prescription at that place” No patient should have to go through this and I really feel for those who are not as well versed in medicine or pharmaceuticals thus I will be taking this further for their benefit. Thankfully I was able to sort myself out but I will be urging the GPC just after this post to fully investigate this pharmacy as this dismissive, condescending behaviour from a registered pharmacist is entirely inappropriate with incompetent staff who clearly have a main objective of NHS claims. I have more evidence which I have gathered. Please do not contact me I will take this further to protect those vulnerable.

My local pharmacy and I am always greeted by my name when I enter which makes me feel very welcome. If I am low on medications he will get them ready for me the same day. My mum is on a lot of medication and he ensures these are ready every 4 weeks. Such a lovely pharmacy and the customer service is amazingly.

really lovely and friendly pharmacists with the absolute best customer service, there was an issue with a prescription on my gps side and the pharmacists went above and beyond calling several times, even staying open past closing, to make sure i could get my prescription, could not recommend more!

We were staying around the corner from this great little chemist and needed some medical advice. The pharmacist gave us brilliant advice and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you
