   Took 3 weeks to get all the medication they said they would order. Came back many times during those 3 weeks and was repeatedly told to just come back tomorrow or that I would get a text. I never got a text, only when I asked for a refund did they turn out to have the medication after all. They even tried to pretend that they had given it to me before. Was told to sit and wait and finally given it with a very unheartfelt 'sorry for the confusion' parting statement. The other pharmacies in the area seem much better. This one is very neatly presented which probably lures people in. But it's a trap.

   DO NOT COME HERE! 1. Visited on Friday to order my partner’s prescription — they didn’t have it in stock but said they would order it for the next day. 2. Returned on Saturday only to be told not only had they not ordered it, but they had also lost the prescription sheet entirely. Now my girlfriend is going without antibiotics for 2–3 days because of the sheer incompetence of the staff. Avoid the stress and go to any of the other pharmacies in Archway instead!

   This is honestly the worst pharmacy in north London. Every time a prescription is due to be sent there it apparently never arrives and they can’t seem to find it even though the GP has sent it… Go to boots or get your prescriptions sent somewhere else. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!

   I couldn't source a medication anywhere but was put on to Well Highgate as a likely service. The pharmacist was very friendly, professional and helpful over the phone and sourced the medication I needed the same day. I received a text the following day to say it had arrived. Wonderful service.

   I was supposed to have a flu vaccination today, minutes before the appointment I received a message saying that I cancelled the appointment. I went to the pharmacy to ask and the staff was chatting about personal stuff for long time, they looked at me and continued chatting. After a while a staff member came an when I asked hat happened with my appointment she said they cancelled it cause they don't have stock, and that it would be better if I find another place to take it. I went to the other pharmacy around and they immediately sorted out the situation. Massive comparison between lack of professionalism and real professionals.

   Probably one of the most dysfunctional pharmacies in the area. Always seem busy, poor execution of COVID vaccines and flu vaccines. They automatically cancel paid appointments and reschedule them without consultation with the patient. They choose what date suits them which often means the patient has to cancel due to being at work or unavailable. They take the money online first, then don't refund you for the paid service when you cancel online because their system doesn't recognise their reschedule. So whether you are go online or in-store, you wont have a nice experience and I've been a few times to make this judgement. There are other pharmacies down either main road, strongly advise you use them as a first choice.

   Appalling lack of organisation. One to avoid! I made a booking for the Meningitis B vaccine for our two daughters. I received confirmation emails at the time of booking and reminder emails the evening before the appointment. First my wife turned up before me with one of our children and was told the appointments had been cancelled. The staff member was dismissive of my wife (who was very polite by the way) telling her just to check her junk mail, made no apology, made no attempt at understanding or appreciating the stress involved in getting the children across London for the appointment after school and was also quite rude to a gentleman who kindly and politely intervened to ask the staff if they could show my wife proof of the cancellation. This staff member needs to be given additional training as to how to handle such situations. I then arrived and received no clear explanation as to what had happened, other than the manager who deals with the vaccinations, orders the stock etc was on holiday and that she would call me to explain what had happened (still waiting for the call by the way). I received a mumbled apology only at the very end when they clearly realised that they had screwed up and could give no explanation for not being able to keep the appointment. So this organisation will happily take your money (in this case £440 for two courses of Men B) and do not care whether they keep the appointment, and if they have the need to cancel they don't care enough to make sure you receive the cancellation (I have double-checked, and there were no emails I had missed, only multiple reminders of the appointment). I now wish I'd read the other reviews, as clearly I am not alone in this experience!
