   I have absolutely no idea what’s just happened but the pharmacist who served my partner (collecting my prescribed contraceptive pill) has charged him for it. The contraceptive pill is free in England - what happened here then? Very disappointed to hear about this experience and would love to know what happened here.

   I actually don’t understand how this pharmacy is so bad at handling prescriptions. They have 4 people who aimlessly wander around at the back, usually taking 10+ mins to find my prescription. Why is nothing organised by name / medication ? Other pharmacies in the past usually get my prescription within 30 seconds. It would take less time if they just threw everyone’s prescriptions on the floor and let us scramble through the pile to find our own medication. I’ve been using this pharmacy for the past 6 months and it has been the same experience every time. I will now be switching to a different pharmacy which is further away but will most likely still be quicker overall.

   They make you wait ages to give you your prescription without any reason why. They lost mine today and stopped looking for a bit, people have jobs and can’t waste their time standing around waiting for you to decide to put a prescription together? I’ve changed pharmacies because month after month it’s been terribly and slow

   This is my local pharmacy which I've used for years - always friendly and helpful, even in the depths of Covid. This visit was for Covid testing, which I didn't know that they did, but it was a great experience compared to the 'production line' testing of the main travel clinics, in that it was friendly and relaxed and I got the (antigen) results within 20 minutes. And the personal service meant that if there were any problems with the certificate (which there wasn't), it would have been easy to sort out with the onsite team.
