   I want to especially mention Kerry at Petter Pharmacy Crouch End for her excellent help. A few weeks ago I visited a doctors surgery and received a prescription for antihistamine for a rather severe rash I had on my face, after one week of taking the tablets the rash came back worse than ever. I went along to Petter Pharmacy to ask if they could recommend anything, a gentleman at the prescription counter pointed me in the direction of the cosmetic counter where I was served by Kerry. I told her my problem and she recommended La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+, she explained to me how it works, and 2 days later the rash had cleared. Thank you Kerry for all your help, this saved me going to a dermatologist which would have cost far more.

   This is an excellent ‘chemist’s’ - as we used to call pharmacies when i was a child - the layout, the product range, the rather theatrical raised central counter & above all the kindness, knowledge & helpful attitude of the staff are all wonderful! Proper old fashioned customer service in action. They stock quality make-up, skin care & toiletry brands too. This is a shop I love & trust and return to again & again: so grateful to have it in Crouch End.

   I now use a different pharmacy. Service & culture seems to me to have deteriorated significantly since it changed ownership just before the pandemic began. Can no longer recommend was a customer for more than a decade never going in there again cannot recommend. No longer found to be reliable.

   As a women of colour in her 50's be sured to be followed around the shop. Ended spending quite a bit but the suspicious profiling looks from the male staff, I got, as if I was about to run off with the item! Oh well! there's other places in the area I'd rather go. Won't shop here again.
