   Gobsmacked at this pharmacy. I'm not local, but was picking up my child who goes to a school near by. I need assistance with a cream for my finger. I will warn you of this lady who works here must be in early 60s. I went in and picked up a pack of plasters which I thought would help with the pain I was experiencing. I asked for the pharmacist, who was helpful with giving me options of a antiseptic cream, and told me to get the cream but put the pack of plasters back as the heat from it will cause further pain to the finger bed. So I agreed to buy the cream.. The counter has paper everywhere and the pharmacist put the cream on top this. In comes another customer with her prescription, the pharmacist hands her a clip board and pen to sign the back of it. Whilst this was happening the same staff member (the lady) said I needed dressing for this to help the cream sink In. So I left the cream at the counter and followed her to the plaster section for the dressings she said "its only £1, for 5 dressings" I said it's fine. I went back to the till to pay. Where by she said "where's the cream"? I said "it was left right here' Instead of her asking the pharmacist as I told her to she responded "have you taken it?" My jaw dropped! I knew exactly what she meant but when I said to her "are you accusing me of stealing a cream? Where by it was left here and I followed you to get the dressings and you're trying to accuse me of thieving" To which she said "no some customers forget and take it" The whole time her being focused on my jacket pocket.. So I opened my pocket to show her my NHS work ID, my passport, my money and a packet of tissues.. And again I repeated myself "Ask your pharmacist" and low and behold he comes out with it from "accidently" taking it. I then said to her "You accused me of stealing, and I told you to ask him and instead you was looking at me from behind the counter, looking at my jacket the whole time! Absolutely disgusting" The pharmacist apologising and her then saying "you don't need to buy it, you can leave the shop" Not only have you been caught out by trying to call me a thief, but now you're telling me I can't buy what I've come in for. I said I'm buying this and reporting you. So I paid by my hard earned money and left the shop so angry! Im a young woman with morals and respect and thieving isn't ever in my nature. Never been so disgusted.

   I received amazing service at this pharmacy store today whilst picking up my prescription. They went above and beyond to help me with my meds and Save me money on my prescriptions . He gave me professional advice, and instructions on how to take my meds, didn’t feel rushed at all despite it being close to closing time. Found a gem here.

   Popped in to ask if they would witness a form being signed. I was willing to pay for this service. The role of a pharmacist is a public servant position however I was met with spite as I no longer receive my prescriptions delivered there. I explained I have a busy life and prefer to have my items delivered by post. The pharmacist and his wife became aggravated and explained their money troubles due to “people like me” incredibly bizarre experience when I was willing to pay him to witness me signing an application. It’s so sad to see the pharmacy in such disarray- boxes everywhere , stock strewn everywhere, all seemed incredibly disorganised (!) It looked like they were unable to cope with this type of work anymore. I stopped using this pharmacy due to constant unavailability of my prescription (a very generic medication) and sporadic weekend availability. I also wanted to mention that the pharmacy appeared very dusty, dirty and the overall cleanliness was extremely questionable (!) I implore others to utilise Amy Pharmacy in Crouch End - a much more efficient service provider. Thank you

   Utterly incompetent and unhelpful. I have a repeat prescription. I’ve had to ask them to release it back in to the system almost every month and collect from elsewhere. Further, after answering the phone on a Saturday afternoon I was informed I had to wait until Monday for them to do me the pleasure of releasing the prescription. Not very helpful when I have long and busy working hours, so can only attend to these jobs at weekends, after 12pm. Quite confusing too, answering the phone and asking for my name etc, but saying they’re not at work so can’t help me. Every month, they claim they can’t get hold of stock. Which I find strange, considering I can find pharmacies elsewhere that do. After now figuring out how to change my nominated pharmacy, hopefully this nightmare won’t happen in future as I won’t be doing business at Frost Chemist ever again. Steer clear if you rely on repeat prescriptions and weekend accessibility.

   Update. Since then my mum was told by employer to tell me to take my review down or we could not collect our prescriptions from our life long store anymore, she told him she would not as that was my experience. 5+ family members now have prescriptions going elsewhere. Awful after all these years of being a regular. Not the best experience when walking into the frost pharmacy this evening, called the shop before leaving my house to collect my mums prescription that she urgently needed, when walking into the shop I was not greeted but asked to put on a mask, I am exempt but I had ‘ conveniently‘ dropped it on the floor before entering, the pharmacists wife told me to come back tomorrow and that she cannot help me because there was no time all because I didn't have change to buy a mask. I was only there to collect medication and asked the lady to meet me at the door as another alternative, however she chose to go back and forth with me before the pharmacist told her to get back to work. Frost pharmacy i understand that there are still certain guidelines depending on the shop however this could have been prevented as this is our local pharmacy and have never been told to bring a certain resources to collect medication and when a customer calls with a general enquiry and lets you know they’re on their was to collect you could let them know that.

   The family running this pharmacy is absolutely incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to help you out with whatever you need. I highly recommend changing your high street pharmacist to Frost for a warm, welcoming and friendly service.

   Please believe the reviews that say the pharmacist is rude and disrespectful. It was a hideous experience. He screamed at me down the phone while I cried and begged him to stop shouting. The reason? I had my dog AND I had covid so I called and asked if he could bring the LFTs to the door, on the very last day they were available. You know, so I wouldn’t risk infecting him with a deadly virus. You’d think I’d asked him to give me his house for a weekend rave, not walk three metres to a door to pass through a box - to protect HIM. I tried to calm him down and explain but he kept yelling over me, threatening to hang up if I “didn’t listen” and then yelling the same thing over and over, “You have to come in! I’m busy!” Part of me hopes things improve for him and he’s obviously deeply unhappy but another part of me hopes he steps barefoot on Lego every day for a year. Anyway, there are much better pharmacies round the corner, fully recommend you go there.

   Rude, rude , rude ! Entered the pharmacy, just happen to forget my mask at home cause i went for a walk outside due to having very bad migraine pain. Walked in the pharmacy and fully aware that i don't have my mask on, i instantly covered my face with my shirt and i wanted to buy medicine for my migraines. HOWEVER, that didn't happen. Pharmacist or whatever is HE didn't even say hi, straight away CAME with the question, do you have a mask ? It was quite obvious that i don't, that's why i covered my face! HE REFUSED TO SERVE ME EVENTHOUGH I COVERED MY FACE! Also, i am working in a pharmacy for long time and on the way to become a registered pharmacist as well, surely wouldn't expect that kind of service! I am not a regular customer, but does that make me less important ? TERRIBLE IS ALL I CAN SAY.

   I've had some minor issues but it wasn't the pharmacist's fault but the prescription from the GP surgery. Other than that, they have been good and a life saver during the pandemic as they were able to sort out my prescription from my dentist despite boots and other pharmacies refusal to help. I would not have survived the pain from tooth infection, I'm ever so grateful for their help.
