   Good service,place seems a bit dated but thats not a huge deal ultimately i received timely assistance with my medical query and a helpful staff member both times that ive gone.

   If you are accidentally in need of emergency medication (for a serious health problem) to get you through 24hrs until your repeat prescription is approved - you will not get any compassion from this chemist. Their answer was no. Very sad indeed!

   Unbelievable behaviour! They were rude to start with, then they didn't have my prescription when they said they would, and then, they gave me the wrong medicine. I was simply lucky enough to notice it myself. When I called them to complain about it, they hardly apologised. Their explanation was that it was "a human error", as if it could be anything else. When I told them that this was a dangerous thing to do, since some elderly or simply absent-minded person could be taking the wrong medicine for months, they shrugged their shoulders. And when I went to finally collect the correct medicine, not only they didn't apologise but they were rude, as if I was the one at fault. Unbelievable! If you have the option, choose another pharmacy, and if not be very careful with what they give you.

   Bad service. The staff is rude. I’ve been collecting my medicine from here since almost 2 years, and the counter lady is always quite difficult to speak with. They suppose to order my medicine yesterday which I needed really urgently and they didn’t. I asked for a refund as I am not feeling really good and I needed to find the medicine in another pharmacy, and they seem not too happy.

   Berry bad service I was sick had twisted my ankle in addition to other health services I couldn’t pick up my child prescription I asked them if they can send it to me as the already done it before it’s over a month and not done when I called them they hang up on me. Bad communication always missing items if you don’t check your medications, untrustworthy, no manners very bad experience I’ve changed the pharmacy provider huge difference in manners

   i wouldnt use this chemist its a joke they dont stock major items as your always being told we need to order it looks like its about to change hands yet again and by the way my visit went today its not going to get any better as its the blind leading the blind and the young girl there needs to learn how to talk to people shes so rude the best change they can make is get rid of her for a start if you want a proper chemist use somewhere else

   Avoid at all cost. Shocking service. Staff are terrible. It's not hard to service someone at the till but man do these guys make hard work of it. I wouldn't recommend this place. Awful customer service. It's disappointing as you're dealing with medicine and would normally expect knowledgeable, nice staff. It's the opposite here. I won't be returning.
