The Team at Santas are just as you would hope for in a local, neighbourhood provision. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The team are diverse and approachable - and I always leave with a smile on my face. The shop is small (but mighty!) offering a range of helpful services, easily booked vaccinations and advice on finding the right product for you. On a personal note, Sanjay noticing when I was struggling - taking time to check in with me when I was fragile, was so appreciated. His care for my wellbeing added a layer of confidence, that I am not just a customer - I am part of the community that Santas team serve. I recommend this pharmacy whole heartedly and feel lucky that it is my local.

Rude, not helpful and full on people that do not know what they’re doing Next time someone asks how long they’ll be waiting for a flu jab try and answer ! People aren’t jobless and have places to be
Outstanding community pharmacy - I thoroughly recommend. Great service, caring, patient and yet very quick to get my prescription prepared. I especially appreciated that they took the time to explain things, including how I could save money with NHS prepayment certificate. No other pharmacy had bothered to do this - this will save me over £100 this year!

Non-existent customer service, old and faded products on shelves. I was told by the elderly lady they don't accept international debit cards because "they're nothing but trouble". It's still a Mastercard, and I had used it in there before? I would instead recommend the pharmacy opposite and about 2 minutes walk up. Cheaper prices, larger range, nicer people.
It is true to say that I am not easily impressed, and so this is my first-ever review on here. And it is a positive one. I went to Santas for my latest Covid booster and the staff I spoke to were really efficient and friendly. They even gave me my flu thingy, too. That leaves me with absolutely nothing to moan about. For a change. Note to Santas; just put that fiver in the post, as agreed.
I don't tend to write negative reviews but I was appalled by the service I received here. They made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed which is never acceptable – particularly at a pharmacy where many people might feel vulnerable asking for help. I'm surprised they have any customers at all. I hope they read this review and reflect on the way they speak to people in future. The Pharmacy across the road is a different story – always polite and friendly, go there instead!
The level of service is outstanding! Every single time my family and I visit the staff go over and beyond to all customers. A great variety of products and if you don't see what you need, if possible they will order it in for you and call you personally to inform you they now have it in stock for you. The Pharmacist is exceptional in offering advice on medical issues and treatment, he has been spot on each occasion. Across the board by far the best Chemist in the area.
