   The Rowlands Pharmacy are the closest pharmacy to my workplace and I popped in on the off chance they could help because I had forgotten to take my tablet before leaving home that morning and wanted to know if I could purchase a tablet then and there and not miss a dose. They were so obliging, kind, helpful and fast. I walked out with a seven day emergency dose and peace of mind. They were lovely and so friendly. Thank you :)

   I wish I could give zero stars. I have never encountered a place like this in my life. My prescription was sent over a week ago and I have visited the pharmacy 3 times today to try to get hold of it. I still do not have my medication. Worst service, they do not answer the phone and the smell inside makes you retch. AVOID unless you have days to wait around for your medication which they may or may not have.

   INCREDIBLY rude… I have never witnessed a pharmacy this ridiculous. Due to admin error couldn’t get my medication for a week via the app. My gp fixed it and told me to go to my pharmacy who can give an emergency 3 day supply. I went here and they told me I have to go back to my gp, I told them what the surgery said… they then said I have to wait until my gp surgery is closed??? But then “ the pharmacist will ask why I didn’t get it from the doctor “ ??? I needed urgent medication and the pharmacy couldn’t have cared less. Please if you can, avoid looks the plague

   A nightmare to get a flu jab here. Last year, made booking via phone, no issues. This year, get told there's no need to book, should've spotted this red flag... Go to pharmacy, first time they're short staffed, so no chance. Second time after filling in the paper work, get asked if I booked online - as it seems the room is taken so they can't do it - would've saved some time and hassle if they told me that straight away. Good luck for whoever uses this pharmacy!

   Poor Customer Service and communication. I’ve missed to get my prescription medicine before I went on holiday. I went before and got told that they cannot release it and they would just message me. I just found out the service of messaging would not going to happen anyway because they don’t have my number. Worst part, they knew they don’t have my number. After my holiday, I went to get it, it took me more than 30 minutes to received it. I would appreciate if your staff can have a the most common basic etiquette of communicating that it will take some time and provided me an option to come back again. Time is precious than money as you all know so please train your staff well to stop wasting people’s time and communicate. It’s the worst experience I have so far on a chemist. I will stop on getting this pharmacy as my go to place even if it is the closest.

   Great service, friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile. I had a fairly complex issue regarding the "brand" of medication required. Having been rudely waved away by other local pharmacies (who didnt want the hassle) Rowlands listened patiently and resolved the issue which in turn had a profound impact on my health. Many and special thanks to Eve and Jo plus any other staff involved. Highly recommended.

   Very happy with the service and advice given. I had an infected toe and went for advice and they immediately told he to seek medical attention. Turns out it was much more serious than I had thought and could have lost my toe. I use the pharmacy regularly and they are always helpful and courteous staff working in a stressful job; lots of bad reviews on here but it's a pharmacy and obviously going to be busy as not many in the area.

   Pretty awful. I work long hours so usually only have time to pick up prescriptions (that unfortunately get sent here) in the morning, or sometimes lunch. Arrive today 15 mins after advertised opening time and the place is shut… not the first time this happens (incl. their mid-day break). Switching to somewhere more reliable, even if further away.

   I went there yesterday because I urgently needed some medication. I arrived at the door 20 minutes before closing time (2pm) to find they were shutting down. The lady looked at me and said we close early and didn't even ask if I needed something. I would give them zero starts for this if I could. With covid cases growing again it is just unprofessional and unhetical to behave like that.
