Roughly in November I went to Stearns to take medication for my BPPV. I usually take stugeron but they had something else so I thought I'd take both, to which the lady at the counter said no, fine. Then I've asked for two packs of stugeron instead to which she snickered and sighed then refused as if I was some sort of junkie. Terrible and disgusting interaction truly. I was about to have surgery in a couple of weeks and needed something to calm down my BPPV and all I got was humiliation.
To the lady who recommended Gaviscon for my horrible tummy upset, thank you. It worked quickly just like you said!
Every time I call for my parents medication they are there trying to help, my parents GP surgery is disappointing so many times i have called the pharmacy in bad mood but they have always tried to help as much as they could. Well done guys.

The male doctor and the ladies that work there have exceptional customer service. I don’t live as close to this pharmacy as I do to others but I keep this as my nominated pharmacy because of their efficiency and kindness.
They need to get a medal. By far the most effective pharmacy in the area with kind, understanding and exceedingly professional staff and the best customer service you can ever get. I’ve returned back to them as a nominated pharmacy and I can’t tell how happy I am.
I was extremely impressed with the service I received here. I rang to enquire about vegetarian options for calcium supplements and was able to speak with the pharmacist. He went out of his way to look through all the ingredients of the various calcium supplements he stocked, until he found a suitable option. It was all ready and waiting for me to collect when I arrived soon after. Friendly, helpful and going the extra mile for customers. Keep up the good work!
Never received service like this in all the years I have been collecting prescriptions. I stumbled across this pharmacy yesterday and customer service is second to none. Clean, spacious and my prescription was ready within a minute! Staff, young, vibrant and helpful. Faultless! Thanks!
