I was disappointed with the service I received, as I was referred to a general practitioner due to the staff's lack of knowledge regarding my issue. Fortunately, another pharmacy was able to assist me promptly.
Used the ear service as I could not hear. They are very helpful and easy to book. Pay for the consultation and if they need to do anything you pay for each ear. Price is very good and was easier to book that the high street shop. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Will use again if the issue returns.
Mintons is such an excellent pharmacy. Really efficient and proactive, and the staff are lovely to deal with - friendly, calm and very professional.
I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this chemist. The pharmacist is amazing and goes above and beyond. He made me feel at ease. He didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. He explained everything clearly and he did wherever he could to make sure I would be feeling better. He gave me great additional advice and I could tell he really cares and loves his job. All the staff there were also really lovely and I will definitely be going there regularly to pick up my medication. The place was also spotless so clean and a really nice environment. Top marks for Mintons! Consistently excellent service at this pharmacy on the busy Wood Green high road. Premises are modern, smart and clean (unlike many of its neighbours). The staff here are genuinely friendly and always accommodating with their advice and services. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my regular prescriptions!
I sent one of my friend to get Derbac M liqui 150ml.They charged him £17.95 each he bought two bottles for £35.95.the same size of the same liquid I bought it £12.00 in Wise chemist in 518,Hornsey Road N19 3QN.on online the same size 150ml is £10.29.I went back with liquid and receipt to tell him that you have charged extra me in two liquid £14.92 asking for refund he refused and all he says once you leave the shop we can’t help you and other stuff were total disrespectful.they are not honest people.
Doctor I spoke to yesterday was very helpful regarding skin issues, however, went in today for any creams and the man at the till was extremely rude, looked like he didn’t want to be there, no hello nothing. If you don’t want to be in customer service then don’t, it’s simple.

I was in pain and feeling drouzy, I went to the shop to get myself a pack of nurofen express, paid cash, put the pack in my bag, went home the package was empty!! I bought another one from a closer pharmacy then I went there to tell them that the package they sold me was empty, the manager started to accuse me of emptying the package and trying to get my money back, i asked them to show me buying the medication from the CCTV, he says it doesn't work! All the attitude the manager has was ridiculous! He didn't even try to manage and sort the problem some other way, straight attacking and accusing me! For the costumer satisfaction, at least ask what could be done? Try to understand what's going on there? So long story short hated it! Never going to go to this SCAM pharmacy (maybe the first of it's kind) shop again! Reported to NHS as well.
