Absolutely awful. I've never seen a pharmacy that went back in time instead of developing with technology. They use TOKENS to make you wait for hours.Unbelievable.

Its mind boggling that if hospital prescriptions can only be given on site such pharmacies dont have extended hours. Otherwise a sick person is running back next day or getting someone to do it for them. You should review time openings for all patients getting prescriptions. At least until 8pm.

Absolutely awful service, twice waiting over an hour for prescription. The second time the gentleman who served me in the pharmacy informed me that there is no interferon in the hospital and they will call me the next day when it’s in stock. No call what so ever, it’s now Friday and still nothing, I called them twice on Thursday and the phone was hung up. I don’t blame people when they get frustrated with this pharmacy it’s a black mark on a good hospital it really is. I don’t normally review but after the treatment I’ve received I think this is just.

Bizarrely long waiting time of 40 minutes. I cannot see why my prescription cannot be sent out to my usual efficient pharmacy Petter in Crouch End. Told me the wrong dosage which could have set back my recovery if I hadn’t known they were wrong.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the Genotropin injection I collected today, 23rd August. When I received the injection, it was not cold and had clearly not been stored in the fridge as required. Furthermore, when I asked for clarification, a staff member shouted at me on the phone and insisted the injection had only been taken out 5 minutes before collection. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Proper storage of medication is critical for its safety and effectiveness, and I am extremely concerned about both the handling of my injection and the way I was treated. I will also inform my doctor, Dr. Rossi, about this incident. I request that this issue be investigated and that I am provided with guidance on how to proceed, including a replacement if necessary. I hope you take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

Fairly fast I found the staff and people queuing up cold and unfriendly

Disrespectful and liars. 5 hour wait for a prescription that was supposed to be ready. Lack of care and enthusiasm to solve the fault and get the prescription. The fact it was for an elderly patient who needed to take the medication before being able to eat and they still had no urgency or care is even more shocking. Rude staff and couldn’t care less about the job they’re doing.

The worst pharmacy where I have ever been. They always keep themselves occupied with their computer so they don't have to look at you . No hello or goodbye, I went to buy medicine because they can make you wait for an hour and they don't serve you on Saturday if you come 45 -30 minutes before closing with PRESCRIPTION. I asked a question if I can buy a medicine and no answer from the 4 pharmacy worker, I left ignored and furious obviously. Please avoid this place and get from your GP what you need or pay for it somewhere else. Outrageous customer service.

Until now, I have found this service to be excellent. You phone the pharmacy, they pick up the call, you order your prescription and from 1.5 hours later, I was able to collect without having to queue. However despite phoning everyday over this last fortnight, they have not picked up the phone. I will therefore have to go and que in person to place the prescription and then wait as long as it takes for the robot to make up the order. Really hope this can be remedied soon.
