   I am felling the best felling some one could actually live the way a pheseroherperpest is making me fell actually gave all my fellings back I don’t know what who I say but what ever is meant to be is meant to happen in been sense felling I had no joy no fellings of any funk after getting attemptedied murdered stabbed six times thank god to a very speacail theorist I have been like and self back sponcing my fellings i was always staring for years i let my self and braved to make a speacail speech to her and ask her a basic but a very important question the suffertaion I was felling every second it has hitmertized me to the max it doesn’t matter with any sense because my dream is very big stop the sufertationaty happy nation to the world

   I went in initially accusing them off messing up my medication and when the pharmacist took me onto a private room and we done some research I found out that the error was caused by the surgery and the chemist! They were extremely calm and explained everything in terms I could understand. They really do take the time to care for each patient and they keep everything confidential

   My mother had a blood pressure machine on her overnight but the staff whom has the machine kn too tight, my mother asked her to loosen it to which in response she stated once it’s on you can’t take it off. The photos uploaded are a few days later. Previously her whole arm was numb and had Red spots all over and her skin was blistering and skin was damaged. The staff member who did this to my mother tried to deny it when my mother spoke to her and she didn’t apologise. The staff member needs to either be retrained or be watched under guidance. This is a horrible experience as my mother works as a carer and this has now hindered her. I have sent an email to the company to reach out to have this resolved and for it not to happen again or to anyone else. This is not ok.

   I would absolutely avoid this place unless you're just going to collect prescription. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I've been three times asking for OTC medicine (such as cough syrup for a chesty cough as I just moved and wasn't on GP systems yet) and wouldn't give it to me other than "you need to see a GP" Just recently, went in asking for some drops to clear my eyes. Insisted that I "just use olive oil" which has never worked for me, and acknowledged that there were OTC medicines I could buy (but wouldn't let me) and was insistent I "just use olive oil nothing else" Whenever you go in, it's like your interrupting a mother's meeting and you've annoyed them simply by walking in. There's a pharmacy by the seven sisters tube

   Terrible service: staff is rude, pedantic, and purposefully unhelpful. Felt extremely judged somewhere that's supposed to be a safe place.

   Misogynistic staff- felt incredibly uncomfortable. As a woman I will never be going here again. Never spoken to someone so condescending. Actively walked 30 mins to another pharmacy to be away from that man.

   Tried calling at around 11am no answer, instead I got disconnected. Phoned later line busy, kept phoning to either get disconnected or to hear line is busy, anyone there? Already tried 40 times, got nowhere. It's very frustrating when you want to ask a simple question, but can't even get through I hope phone answering will improve. Would rather give 0 star! (3 years ago) Owners dealt with the situation promptly. Ever since no issues with the phone, nor the service. Pleased to see improvement therefore I'd like to increase the ratings from 0 to 4 stars, just to incourge towards taking an extra mile for customers. Great job! (Today - Jan2023)

   Staf are very rude and you are made to feel like they are constantly doing you a favour that you didn't want, I've come to use the pharmacy no one is doing me a favour. Highly rude and unproffesional, ask for advice get treated inhumanely, shouted at, ignored and it's every single staff member they are all the same. I don't know how the staff still have jobs there they have made me feel so horrible when I go there and I have disabilities.
