   Only use them for repeat prescriptions as my other 2 local pharmacies lose the order and don't answer their phone. I find this one speedy to make up orders, they use texts to advise when prescriptions are ready and are always cheerful. Good free parking.

   Been going there for years and never had a problem with staff or prescriptions .the young lady who serves is polite friendly does her best for customers but I think they do under appreciate her .she deserves a medal working with the weekend pharmacist who always acts like she hates being there.

   Been today. The lady on the till was polite, she could not answer my query regarding 2 similar products, so she asked the Pharmacist. The Pharmacist was very rude and abrupt, like I was a bother to ask a question. She hardly looked up at me, to give me eye contact. I will not be going there again. Surprised they have any customers if that is how they treat them.

   I have lived in the area for 25 years and this is by far the best pharmacy around, The staff are polite and efficient and normally have everything I need in stock, the controlled medicines are ordered and are there in 24 hours. Notification is sent by text that the medicines are all ready to collect. The only negative is that the premises need a good makeover.

   I had a rash on my neck, I showed the pharmacist and he told me Eurax would sort it out. It made it worse. Now on steroid cream from my doctors. I think he just wanted to make a sale. I asked for antihistamine cream. They didn't have any. Can you believe a chemist not having any antihistamine cream. Useless chemist.

   This was our go-to local pharmacy. It seems the ownership has changed, and in the last 6 months it seems to be in a state of permanent chaos. Repeat prescriptions aren't ready or can't be found. Just had to return today to pick up an item that was missed. Check your items before you leave. We are trying to find an alternative pharmacy for the future, as we have given them enough time to improve, but things are not getting better. We didn't even get an apology today.

   Unbelievably bad service, I waited for ages to be served. I was the only customer in the pharmacy and I just wanted to pay for something, then they serve someone who just walked into the pharmacy.

   I needed blood thinning injections to enable me to fly in a couple of days. I gave my prescription to the chemist 8 days ago but when I went to collect it on Saturday they just said we have ordered them twice and they haven’t arrived yet, they offered no help even though I told them I couldn't fly without them, they just gave me my prescription back and told me to find a chemist that might have them. I tried Harris chemist and 2 in Selsdon and they just said no we haven’t got any. Then I rang Dougans chemist in New Addington and he couldn’t have been more helpful he searched the internet found some and ordered them for me, he took my mobile number and rang me this morning to tell me they had arrived. I picked them up this afternoon. I can’t believe you couldn’t have helped me out as this chemist did, it took less than 5 minutes to find them so disappointed in your customer care.

   Used to be good, but since the takeover have descended into chaos. Went down to collect prescription twice, first time they hadn't ordered it, then they rang to say it had arrived. Got there, and it had arrived... at my new nominated pharmacy. Like they couldn't have told me that on the phone. Utterly useless - avoid.
