   Took half day annual leave to pick up the medicine there as I was told it was ready. Queued for half an hour and only been told the was some issue and they can not retrieve the prescription. Took another half day leave to pick it up the second time. This time I had to wait 1 hour to get a ticket, and another hour to get the medicine. Something is really wrong with this pharmacy. People deserve something more decent. It is the worst experience ever I had.

   Without doubt the worst pharmacy you could ever have to visit. Never have prescriptions ready, even when ordered in advance. Lie when they have made a mistake to cover for each other. The pharmacist Mahamed is rude and has zero customer service skills. Honestly do not use this place! Lloyds should be ashamed to be associated with this place. Shocking

   Rude. Staff gave back the prescription as not all items available. The gp had checked they were available in advance. Called gp as they returned the prescription to me. He went in and was told 2 items were available and the other next day. If I didn’t haveto go back and get them I would never have stepped foot in the slowest rudest pharmacy in the world

   Extremely slow service, you can hear the pharmacy staff having personal conversations rather than getting on with their job. The woman that serves behind the counter is extremely rude. She speaks to you very abruptly and has no personal skills whatsoever

   Shockingly bad slow service and they served others first who had arrived after me. Prejudice staff. Rude and not professional had the cheek to say "take food with your prescription that's an order!" Who does she think she is! Just unnecessarily rude, the doctor stated that already and it clearly states on the box to take with food.

   Absolutely shocking, extremely slow service , zero communication between staff, customers and the practice itself. A large brown envelope was exchange for this agreement to be put into place. A very low rent pharmacy. No one picks up the phone either.

   I have been using this pharmacy well over 15 years for my regular prescription and sometimes others adhoc tablets that either the G.P. or my private consultant prescribes from time to time. The staff there are superb and could not do enough for you. I find all the staff there from Richard Ezan and Mavis the pharmacist to the front desk staff of Jesse, and particularly Farida and Patsy always very helpful, professional in their approach and more importantly friendly. I almost 'enjoy' my going there and find it quite therapeutic!!!!!

   An outstanding service ! Very polite and helpful staff. Everyone is extremely professional, reliable, and attentive to your needs. Richard , the pharmacist, is exceptional and will always listen, come over with the medicines, and show an interest in any health issue. I strongly recommend this pharmacy as the service is first class , everyone is interested in your wellbeing. In a nutshell, a much loved and much needed pharmacy in Selsdon. Thank you so much .
